Had the most caring team of professionally, from the beginning speaking with Stephanie reassured me the process would be quick and easy. Dr. Williams is so awesome in helping deal with the stress and nervousness of getting a veryyyy painful tooth taken out. Joann was even more awesome letting me hold her hand a squeeze while my tooth was being extracted and really helped take my mind off of the pain. This office is so great I would recommend them to everyone. THANKS GUYS FOR BEING THE MOST AWESOME DENTAL OFFICE IN TOWN!!!!

I am always very nervous at the dentist but the staff were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and we very patient and understanding. I had to have two teeth extracted and the process was painless. I will definitely comeback in the future.

They are always so nice, and never make you feel bad or guilty about the care of your teeth. They are simply there to fix what problems you might have and prevent future problems of your teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Willams and her staff! Luv,luv,luv them!

This is a wonderful office. Dr. Mia Williams and the entire staff are very competent, caring, and highly skilled in what they do. You will be in very good hands with them. Whether it's a routine cleaning or complex cosmetic surgery you will be well taken care of. I HIGHLY teccomend!!

I have been a patient of Hometown Dental for a few years now. I love this place! Dr. Williams is my dentist and she treats her patients like family. She genuinely cares about her patients. I love Dr. Williams! Ms. Williams is a dental expert who specializes in aesthetic and functional restoration of teeth. Undeniably Ms. Williams has the skills and the confidence that are needed to take on any dental issues that are presented to her. Let's not forget the ladies at the front desk that work hard at checking you in and the assistants that place you in a room where memories will be made and your cleanings will take place.

I went to this location and as I sat in the chair he lowered it to far down. I asked the dentist Dr Pacas to raise the chair because it was making me dizzy , instead of raising the chair to accommodate me because it was too low for my head to be down that far, so he decides to get an attitude and told me to get another dentist.
So, I did and found a friendly, kind dentist who made me feel easy while having dental work and not threatened for asking a simple request.
I do not know who started to position a person in the chair to be like a teeter totter where your feet are up in the air and your head down so low, but it should not be that way.

My family and I been going to Home Town Dental for while, I love the experience I had with Dr.Williams. All the doctors and staff are really helpful they make everything so much better and they make me feel comfortable! Home Town Dental of Irving is the place to Go 💯 (:

I started going to this location after I moved to the area, everybody here is extremely professional, has a great sense of humor, very easy going, and listens and tries to remedy in the best possible situation that is beneficial to the patient in every other way. If you are looking for somewhere to take care of your dental needs, this is the place.

Lack of professionalism. You have no sympathy for other people’s pain. Lies after lies to deny a medical record. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Own what you did and do the right thing.
