Dr. Doshi and staff are beyond amazing. We have been coming here for 2 years. They care about the people who come to see them and I can tell because my son is always so excited to go see everyone.

The new hygienist Michael was great. He answered the 10,000 questions my son had and my teeth feel super clean. He is warm and great with kids. Great add to the team!

While in the Chair Dr.Doshi And Administrative Crystal Explained Procedure Carefully n Slowly Pricing is affordable. but most importantly. The caring of the entire staff is amazing .procedure was started right then and there with care. I will have all my dental work done here. From beginning to End . I've called multiple times to speak to Raven. This last time I called she took her own message & still no call back. The doctor's are great but if you need help with insurance you get the run around. After telling you guys how I felt the doctor called me. I felt terrible that I was rating him on what I'm going through with Raven. So I changed my review. Now I see I should tell my truth. Billing is apart of the experience too. If you want people to think you treat them like family you should. Raven is obviously dodging me. I gave permission 2 months ago to leave any updates on my voice-mail if need be. If there is no progress call me keep me in the loop. I see that returning my call isn't on the list of things to do. New patients look elsewhere. I know I will be checking reviews looking for me another dentist. I prefer to spend my money where I am appreciated. From experience I see it's not here.

I’m so grateful for my new smile!! My confidence has increased. Before the dental transformation, I wouldn’t smile and people preceded me as mean. The fact is that I didn’t want to smile because I was missing teeth and the teeth that I had were yellow. I have always been afraid of dentists as a child and adult, but Dr. Doshi was so gentle and patient. I love Irving Family Dental, they have changed my life.

Charity West- My experience has been amazing! I had a root canal, and the doctor took his time, he was gentle, charismatic and he made sure I was comfortable through the entire process . He made sure I didn’t have any infections because my root canal
was deep and they even checked on me while I was in between treatments! That’s so rare! The entire staff is kind, patient and very friendly. Next step is my Invisalign treatment, and I am so excited. I found my new dentist , this is where I will be.! Thanks y’all!

I truly appreciated Dr. Bavishi and Storie. They were both welcoming, warm, and helped reduce my anxiety around dentist care significantly. This is my second experience at this location and the first experience was just as comfortable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very respectful and human service. The Doctors tell you what you have, and they tell you everything you have. I went to another dentist before, and they want to take your money. But Family Dental helps you; also, the price and service, and quotes are unique and incomparable to others. Also, the desk, asistan Cristal, is super lovely, super friendly, and can help you with everything! I live in Denton, and I travel to this dentist. I recommend it to all.

I have a very good experience by visiting to Irving Family Dental. Dr. Rushabh & Dr. Rini are really very cooperative and talented. They impressed me a lot. The best thing which I liked during the visit that doctor gave full attention and answered all our queries and concerns until we satisfied. The staff are also very cooperative and caring patients very much. Good clean environment for Kids as well so that they will not get bore. I recommend considered the clinic is like a family clinic where patients will be treated from the best talented doctors team in friendly environment.

I love the front desk team Maritza, Luz, and Crystal. They were so kind and understanding when telling me my options. The doctor was also great and simplified everything so I can understand. Great customer service I highly recommend.
