Dr. Simdhi as an extremely Gentle Touch and a very pleasant manner. She works quickly and allayed all my fears. Hadn't been to the dentist in almost 10 years but she made it an easy visit. I had to have the dreaded shots in the roof of my mouth and amazingly I barely felt them with Her Style of administering them. Mary the dental assistant was also very accommodating and soft-spoken and this will definitely be my dentist.

This place is a scam. Came here, was told i have SEVEN cavities, and it would be $210 to clean. I switch dentists, turns out I only HAD TWO CAVITIES and it was only $48. to get partials, two months ago they said it was $450, now its $1,300!? Definitely do not recommend this place unless you have a lot of money to spend. Also, the wait times are 3-4 hours! If I could put zero stars, I definitely would! Do not recommend‼️

Dr. Sindhi was great! She fought my stubborn wisdom tooth and won! 💪😁 I'm grateful that the staff was so nice and tried their hardest to keep me comfortable. Taylor the dental assistant was super funny and kept me calm even though I was freaking out. So happy with how you everything happened. Thank you yessica and everyone at Jefferson dental 🪥

My appointment was for a check up, Vivianne was EXCEPTIONAL in cleaning my teeth. She was very informative and provided tips for at home teeth cleaning care so as Mary who was very knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the fact that both took the time to listen to me, and assured me that my dental concerns will be addressed and corrected. The service and staff was absolutely fantastic and the doc had a sense of humor to make feel at ease. It was my first time at the Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics I was worried about paying a lot of pocket but it appeared to be lower than expected with my insurance for 8 cavities and whitening. When all done, I looked at the mirror I was ready to smile again like a 10 year old boy I couldn't be more happier visiting this office

I had a great experience with the doctor and also with the hygienist Viviana. Will definitely come back. Edit: 2 months later I’m receiving letters saying I owe a new balance? After I was told everything was paid for? I do not like these unpleasant surprises and I am not able to speak to a manager to solve this issue.

I had a bad experience at the Belt Line office with freezing air conditioning throughout the office and delayed service as the dentist never read my file before coming to tell me the procedure, she wasn't professional.
The next I went back the Irving Blvd office and their office was comfortable but since I'm missing an artery an lower right leg my circulation isn't very good as my outer limbs are always cold, so I was able to keep my jacket on during the removal of my tooth, and I commend the lady dentist who performed very well in the removal of my tooth

Mary/ Sinhi took care of me today & I suffer from anxiety, but they worked with me. Put my headphones in and they kept checking in on me to make sure I was doing good. I appreciate that a lot, I get anxious while they work. But in and out, no problem. Recommend their services at this location.

Eye went in office and got All teeth removed...upper and lower...
There was No discomfort from tha extractions...very little bleeding and am on blood thinners..

Some of the nurses are unprofessional. The nurse that helped me was silent almost the while visit she just put things on me and didn't communicate what was going on at all. Then the dentist is telling me the whole opposite of what another dentist there told me my last visit. They lost my mouth guard that I am paying for and when I asked the billing lady she and another nurse were whispering and giggling. Then when I asked if they could contact the finance company they were dismissive and told me I had to call them. When I did that the finance company told me they couldn't reach the dental office. Basically a back and forth. Terrible terrible experience.
