Was refused a teeth cleaning while pregnant because I could not get X Rayed, as it is unsafe for my pregnancy. Then proceeded to violate HIPPA Laws by discussing my dental records/ medical history in public while in an occupied waiting room. I notified them of my pregnancy and how far along I was prior to booking appointment, yet was refused service and discrimated against for being pregnant when I arrived. It's extremely important for pregnant women to have access to dental cleanings and I was extremely upset that a dental office I had been to before refused me service unless I got an x ray, which is not safe for my baby, and not a safe medical practice, yet they suggested getting a clearance from my Drs. office??? I shouldn't have to risk the health of my baby to get my teeth cleaned. They wouldn't even visually examine my teeth. Was told to come back after I had my baby, but I'm not returning to an office that pushes unsafe medical practices onto their patients, probably because they just want to bill my insurance for an x ray I don't need, and saw it as not worth their time financially. Wish I could give 0 stars, extremely rude, unsafe and completely unprofessional.

I love Fulshear dentistry. Dr. Santibanez, Brittney and all the staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is very professional, caring and thorough. I highly recommend.

Misleading ! Emergency service for 7 days a week ? Nop. I had a temporary crown placed a Wednesday and Friday without eating anything hard just fell out. There are no instructions on the website on what to do . You call the emergency line and after waiting close to 30 min and speaking with a supervisor. She said the website is misleading but she cannot put me through the dentist. I can't put the crown back in place because it broke ! And tooth is so sensitive I can feel the air. Very disappointed. I understand is the weekend but at least they can have a dentist call you or speak with you for advice. I had a very large filling that was in risk of being a root canal ! Now I wondered if bacteria will go in and will just get things worse.

Dr. Santibanez and her team at Fulshear Modern Dentistry are awesome. Very knowledgeable and they make you feel a lot less nervous about going to the dentist.

Best dental office I’ve ever been to! As someone who struggles with extreme anxiety, especially with dental care, this shop has always made me feel comfortable, and cared for. I have never had anxiety in their office. As soon as you step in the doors, Doug at the front desk is so nice and welcoming that you immediately feel right at home. My dentist is Dr. Santibanez and she has always explained everything to me and made me feel so confident and comfortable with the treatment I received. I have also been seen by their surgeon and multiple dental assistants who have all been absolutely wonderful. The whole team at Fulshear Modern Dentistry make your experience perfect from beginning to end. The fact that you can see so many great highly trained professionals all under one roof is so amazing. I highly recommend them to any and everyone I can. If you are thinking of going making an appointment here, do it!! I promise you won’t regret it.

I am so happy with this office. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Leslie was amazing and so gentle. Dr. Santibanez was very kind and answered all my questions. She was very patient with my son and he enjoyed her demonstration of brushing by “making bubbles”! I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a place that really cares about you.

Front office staff were polite and friendly. The Dental assistants were professional. Dr Phuong Lee was fantastic. She listened to needs, answered questions and clarified areas of concern.

This is the best dentist office I've visited in my whole life. The equipment is super modern and top of the line. Dr. Santibanez is very professional, proactive, giving you different courses of action for your dental care. Tolanda was the most thorough, patient and professional hygienist I've seen, she did a wonderful teeth cleaning for me without hurting my gums. Jennifer the office manager is also super customer oriented. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I set up an appointment for my wife a few weeks ago because we are new to the area and this dentist was highly rated. With our insurance, which covers 80%, they quoted over $3000 for a procedure. We subsequently went to another dentist in the area and were quoted $1200 for the exact same procedure. She was wondering why they were being "too nice"...now we know why.
