Made a mistake by trusting this place with my bridge. At first and in the beginning during consultations the Dr and his assistant (wife) are all so nice etc. Once they get you on temp bridge while lab preps your teeth, the pressure begins. Dr didnt want to see me for some time to go over my comments regarding temp bridge; was very irritated because I was showing concerns and just added "once it comes back fromthe lab, ill see".Without confirming with me, they copy exact model of my old bridge and bring it on for me ti try. I didnt ask, I didnt confirm!!!
I come to try "final" version Dr is all irritated agiain and forced or tired to work. For that much money insurance and patient pay, comeon! They finish finally and Dr rushes to leave. His wife is being all nice trying to cover up. He doesnt even stay in the room to talk to patient. After i leave I call bk to talk to Dr or his wife, not only they put me on hold, they never call me back even affer i left several messages. I call back to show my concern, they never call back! No wonder the place is empty I should have not trusted! So dont people!

I work in the Katy area, and needed to find a dentist to take care of an issue I had at the time. So I looked up dentist offices in the area and check out reviews and visited one other place before I found Grand Smiles Dental, and after the 1st visit, I knew this was my new dentist office. Dr. Pham and his wife are amazing and knowledgeable about everything dental related…they will work with your schedule and do everything in their power to save you money if possible. The staff is also very professional and kind and will call you after dental procedures are done to make sure you’re doing ok…if your dentist office is just ok, you should definitely give Grand Smiles Dental a try….you will not be disappointed.
