This is a beautiful office with a highly professional staff. Stephanie and Shay were very welcoming. They provided great service and made me feel very calm though I was going to have an extraction. Dr. Jeff is an excellent surgeon. He extracted my wisdom tooth quickly and gently. This is an exceptional dental office offering outstanding service from all of the staff. I highly recommend.

Katy Dental Experts is the most exceptional dental office I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized the office was. I was immediately addressed by name and escorted to a patient room prepared for my procedure. Dr. Chu was professional and personal with me, treating me with care and expertise. I had previously gotten bad dental work, so I came in with great anxiety. However, Dr. Chu made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly, he saved my teeth and made them look beautiful again. Not only was the treating doctor good, but the assisting staff was also very kind. They cared for all my needs and helped me feel calm and safe during my procedures. I highly recommend this office.

In the past I have been to many other dentists who never performed a good job in my teeth until I found Dr. Chu. Not only is he a kind person, but a true professional of the matter who takes the time to make sure things are done the right way. If you want to save your teeth and get the right work done in your mouth when you need it, then I recommend you make an appointment with Dr. Chu. I also love the personnel he is got in his office, very professional, caring, kind and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this Doctor and his office.

Dr. Chu is very nice. I had a loose crown and needed a new one plus a couple of fillings. He took care of everything very carefully and patiently. Plus Dr. Chu did my dental cleaning himself. Everything was perfect. I will surely be back in the future.

I have never posted a comment before, but I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience at Katy Dental Experts. They were able to fit me in as an emergency walk-in at 5:30 p.m. and completed a procedure that 2 other dentists (visited on the same day) said was impossible to complete within that same day. They stayed until 7:00 p.m. to ensure I didn’t leave their office without the perfect smile. Hands down the best, attentive, professional dental office I’ve ever visited. The entire staff was absolutely amazing and provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. This is a honest post. I’m a real patient that has not been paid for posting this comment nor have I received a discount on any services.

I had a precious dental issue that they took the time to examine and give me multiple options. I'm not someone who generally likes going to the dentist from having bad experiences, but this place is beyond amazing. They made me feel comfortable while also respecting why I was there. I will be coming here for now on.
