They’ve changed management 3 times since I’ve started my treatment! I paid $22,000 cash and still don’t have any of my permanent teeth in. Every appointment they forget something, the temps I’ve had in since July have cracked and been replaced numerous times. Again, still no permanent. ROSE. no last name, has taken over management 3 weeks ago and I called because I was supposed to get a call about 4 weeks ago…..guess what?? They still don’t know what’s going on.
Please please please, save yourselves and go elsewhere. THE WORST 🦷!! They have all my money and I have temporary garbage to show for it. Going on vacation for Thanksgiving and they could care less

I’m impressed with dok dentistry because of the way they perform the dental care I needed,They were very professional and very helpful and very understanding, The service they provided was one of excellent, I felt like they treated me like family that in itself felt awesome for me because it help me in my procedure that I needed. I came in needing some fillings and the process went smoothly. I didn’t even feel the shot! I was in and out the office quickly. Dr. Charles is an excellent dentist! I highly recommend!

This was one of the best dental visits I’ve had. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Charles at his Dallas location where I had a crown placed a few years back. I have pretty bad TMJ and I grind a lot. I also have a love for candy. Well my crown came out. No biggie! If this happens see a dentist right away! Don’t leave it or your tooth can shift and you might find yourself having to pay for a replacement. I was able to get in right away and Dr. Charles was able to fit my crown back on no problem! If you need a dentist see him at either of his location! He also has amazing chair side manner!

Wonderful dentist!!! Had my teeth clean and wisdom teeth taken out. They did a great job doing so and even had some funny moments with them and had great communication. When asking about my teeth, they were glad to give me their opinions on what needs to be done, also i was in and out very fast, within any moment. Thanks to them my mouth is finally going to be better in no time.

I am very disappointed about the service at DOK. I had 2 crown placement about 9 months ago.2weeks later, the crown came off, I had to go back to fix it. The Doctor told me that, the crown will last for 10-15 years. My crown didn't even last for 9 month.Now The Doctor told me , The crown to be replaced with another crown and I have yo pay for it. I had a crown placed 5 years ago by another dentist is still perfect. So I wouldn't never recommend any dental work up at this facility.

Dr. Allen Charles and his team are so friendly and took great care of my dental needs. I had to make an emergency appointment and they scheduled me in with their earliest appointment. When I entered the office, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel like family. During my session, Dr. Allen made sure I was comfortable and cracked a few jokes to ensure I was at ease. He has another location in Uptown Dallas and I’ll be recommending my Dallas friends to schedule an appointment with him there (in case Keller is too far.) Thank you Dr. Allen and team for all of your help!
