The staff here are phenomenal. I've had nothing but good service. Julie is amazing, great with explaining and helping you understand the treatment plan and financial situations. If there's a way she can help you she will. I had an oral surgery with Dr. Haynes- that woman is also amazing, I love seeing female success. Her assistant(? I can't remember this lovely ladies name😭) was also amazing, she recognized my anxiety and helped me feel comforted- she talks to you like family. I hands down recommend this business. They truly care about their patients and work VERY hard.

Wow how wonderful was my appointment today at Aspen dental clinic. I will recommend anyone needing a dentist Aspen is the place to go. Great ladies in the front office and great Dentist and the hygienist was super as the sweet lady taking the X-rays. They will set up a dental plan and financing agreement!!!! Thank y’all so much for excellent care.

This office is great! Ashley is Awesome, she always greets me with a smile and is super helpful. She even takes the time to learn your name, not many people do that anymore.
Lette is THE BEST at what she does! She always makes sure my teeth fit the way they should, she spends extra time to make sure I’m happy with everything. Both Dentists at this office are phenomenal! They both listen to you and are truly concerned if something is not working for you. Dr. Melter has gone above and beyond and has been extremely patient with me. 5-Stars

The staff is wonderful but you have to watch your bill because I was charged for items I did not get or wasn’t done. My confidence in Aspen is shaky though I still have work to be done. I did have to go back in and ask for a credit for what I was over charged for but the credit wasn’t even for the full amount. It was closing time and they said they will find out why I wasn’t credited the correct amount. I spent 4 hours there. My confidence in Aspen billing process and the care I will still get is questionable. Watch your bill. The bill is deceptive and not real clear. You have to pay 60% up front charge and you can’t make an appointment until you pay the 60% either. Insurance payment isn’t a guarantee with them either I was told. Not sure I will continue with the crown and bridge. Will see if they get my credit correct. Watch your itemized bill.

I'm duly impressed with Aspen Dental in Killeen, Texas. I had several teeth extracted by Dr. Kimberly Haynes.

She was very professional but also very personable. She made me very comfortable & I completely trusted her. She thoroughly explained each step as she went through them & was very concerned about my well being. The procedure was painless & didn't take very long.

The staff were very professional & personal, as well. You could see how much the doctor & staff respected each other & the staff made the whole procedure smooth & easy from beginning to end. The prices where very reasonable & fair.

I have already made my 2nd appointment to have the rest of teeth be extracted so I can go onto the next steps to get full upper dentures & partial dentures on my lowers. I would recommend this Aspen Dental to everyone.

Dental technician, Jessica was courteous and very professional! Shoshone was very courteous and professional! Dental hygienist Linda was very courteous and professional! Dentist was very courteous and professional and extremely knowledgeable! Office manager and staff were all very courteous and professional. My visit was pleasant. And that's saying alot considering Dental visits can be uncomfortable.

Words simply can not express enough how Wonderful of an experience I had. Everyone in the office was very professional and also extremely kind. I was so nervous going in for my appointment. But when I came out, I was feeling like I had a whole new family.

Very professional and treat you like family. Dr Haynes is awesome and I'm going to mess her name up Shashanna was the absolute best. They are patient with you and are there for you. Third visit there got my teeth cleaned by Linda. She has been in the dental field for 46 years. It was the most pleasant and painless experience I’ve had getting a cleaning and I’m 42. I like Aspen dental a lot. Being new here I didn’t have to shop around much to find the right place for me. Five stars for sure!

The front desk staff was very nice. Melisa was very helpful when doing my X rays. The staff was very nice. The doctor came in very quick too and was very helpful. I recommend if you’re needing to be seen to go to them.
