I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Jordan. I had an infected wisdom tooth and needed an emergency extraction. Even though I had a high tolerance for pain I couldn't take it anymore. I had called all around trying to find someone that would take me in. Luckily Bravo Family Dentistry had an opening for me. The staff was great and very kind everyone greeted me. Once I was taken in I got all the x-rays done and prepped. Dr. Jordan kept reassuring me he was going to take care of me and he did! He was able to extract my wisdom tooth and the whole time his assistant was there she made me feel like my mom was next to me she was so sweet. Next thing I knew it was all over. I was in-and-out in less than an hour. He told me he ordered my prescriptions and explained what to do and what to expect in the next couple days. Once everything was over his sweet kids gave me their complimentary gifts which was so cute.
Overall experience was awesome.

I moved to Kyle with 2 fillings falling out during my move. I reached out to Bravo Dentistry to see if they could help me. They were great and their work was painless and actually very relaxing with their TVs on the ceiling which helps distract a patient from what is happening. I will be using Bravo Dentistry for all my dental needs. Great people and professionals in dentistry.

First impressions are always important. The minute you walk into their office you're greeted by their lovely staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! This place is so beautiful! It's nice and clean including their treatment rooms. Dr. Dekow made sure that I was comfortable and not stressed during my treatment. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood. Thank you to everyone at Bravo Dentistry for such a lovely experience! I highly recommend this place!

Lost a major filing late one night, and called Bravo the next morning. I am new to the Buda area so read the various reviews. Bravo is new; hence, not an abundance of reviews, but those reviews were outstanding. I’m glad I called. Jordan at the front desk was very helpful and after consulting with Dr. Dekow was able to fit me in that day during their lunch hour. I’m so grateful they could do this because I had to leave for a business trip within 3 days.
Jordan explained the paperwork requirements (very easy), pricing, and details. The professionalism from front desk, to the technician, to Dr. Dekow was amazing. The room was new and very comfortable (tv on the ceiling), and the quality of work was great. The procedures and options were explained very clearly. I’m so happy I decided to listen to all the reviews, and I’m happy to say I’ve found my dentist. No hesitation in recommending this business to anyone needing any dental needs.

My wife and I have tried numerous dentists in the Round Rock / Hutto are over the past 4 years. None have met our expectations. We had our fist visit to Bravo Family Dentistry yesterday. All of the staff were friendly and we were treated with respect. No “hard sell” here. They reviewed our check up results with us and gave us plenty of options. We will definitely be back. Well worth the trip from Round Rock to Kyle.

The moment I walked it in, you can feel a calm and soothing atmosphere. The staff ais amazing and they are so sweet! Dr is very nice and educates and talks you thru why and everything he is doing. It was great experience!
