I am so upset right now, I’ve been going to mint dentistry for a while now. My appointment was set for 3:45 and I called at 3:38 to let them know I was stuck in traffic due to rain and an accident and customer service tells me lake Worth office is backed up with 5 people before me, short handed and that I have to reschedule. If that’s the case how come no one called me to reschedule... I’m loosing two hours of work for this appointment... spoke to the manager and she’s not very understanding at all, says customer care gave me wrong information, I spoke to two customer care agents... one who checked the schedule. I’m disappointed in customer service. I’m not going back to lake worth. Your manager gave me a bit of an attitude, I get it’s Friday and you want to leave but you preach about customer service and this was nothing like mint dentistry announces.

First, the dentist was great! My issue is that I called and tried to get info. On the cost and procedure for dentures. The person on the phone was very vague and did not answer questions. I ended up paying a lot for a visit that I did not need and will have to start over at a new dental office. Too long, over 2 months, and expensive for dentures.
