I’m trying to give MINT Dentistry my business and have gotten a couple services here. Services were great, I loved that they took action on my findings and gave me a clear plan. My issue with them is the amount of time appointments take. I sat waiting a lot in between services for them to get paperwork and have someone to assist me. On top of waiting my husband had an appointment scheduled that they canceled due to him not confirming four days in advance, meanwhile, all my appointments have been fine and I e never confirmed any appointment with them four days before. Not having continuity in customer experience is poor, it makes no sense to cancel his appointment and not mine if that’s the TRUE process they have.
I’m hoping due to us about to give them a lot of business this year we can turn things around, but so far not a good look as far as professionalism in maintaining appointments.

It was great to be greeted at the door by the front desk. Vincent did a great job making sure I understood everything he was doing and taking his time. I also appreciated the doctor taking his time to explain to me what I needed for future treatment!

Would not recommend I received 1 price over the phone and when I arrive it’s $79.99 bucks more for a standard exam…. $179.99 for standard exam and then If you do the mint discount it’s $149.99 what a joke lol Terrible would not recommend waste of time!!

I waited one hour just to pick up my new mouth guard. It took the assistant literally one minute to have me sit down put it on and explain to put it in warm water before use and brush with toothpaste after every use. I would have been happier just picking it up with a printout explaining the two steps on how to use it. And NOT sitting in a waiting room for an hour just to pick something up. This is incredibly poor management. I'll pay the extra hundred dollars for the out of network office next time. Terrible service.

Dr.Shattuck was very nice and was very attentive to my concerns. However the dental assistant who took my X-rays and assisted with the cleanings was very rough and left cuts in my mouth. Also, she left half way through the cleaning and the Dr. Had to struggle to do both jobs. I don’t remember her name but they should look up my chart see who assisted that day. Honestly I won’t be going back SMH
