I'm refused "service" because I question a service that I feel is not worth it. The gentleman who spoke first listened and not rude and listed to my question, and said they would see what can be done. then a lady who I guess does the billing in office came over and when i declined again got an attitude and said my ins will not pay for the regular service, and that my acct is flagged for this service with said ins "per MINT " I call my ins and they stated that is "Not true " and that I can refuse the service MINT is shoving down my throat. She then said something else refunded the wrong credit card. Then I'm marked as a "discrountle Customer" and can no longer get services. All because I question the procedure. Money is not the issue. The issue is being charged and pay for a service I feel is not worth. All I'm saying is do not get bullied for a service you do not want and Ins charged for services you as a customer do not want. I may be 1 person, but you had a family of 5 going there. Thank you for showing how some MINT employees treat ppl. Maybe because I'm brown 🤔
