CJ is awesome!!! She did my impressions and my adjustments on my dentures. She was patient and super friendly. When I went to get my dentures adjusted I couldn’t ever wear them without gagging and pain. She worked and worked until they were right. She was patient with me and I walked out of the office wearing my dentures with a big smile on my face! Thank you so much, CJ! I hope you realize how important you are and what an impact you make on peoples lives. Bless you❤️

Had a procedure done in Lake Worth followed up by tooth prep at Granbury. Crown to be placed in 3 weeks. Staff and Dr’s are very thorough and care about the patient. They need to do a better job of getting estimated cost to the patient. My cost was over double the first estimate.

Great staff. Patient and very willing to discuss options. The technicians and dentists are also thorough and do their best not to cause excessive discomfort even if it means they take longer.

I'd never been to a Monarch Dental, and they do have a different system than I'm used to (consult & plan made the 1st appt, then come back for a cleaning), but the staff working here is why I'll keep coming back. I had a crown and filling done on the same side. When I came back for the permanent crown, I opted for no numbing. Really dumb, right? I almost jumped through the roof when the cold adhesive hit my nerves. Cleaning was next, and 3 different ppl checked on my pain before doing anything near that area. The dentist then personally walked 2 Advil and a bottle of water to me in the chair. 😭 Best experience ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I was referred by my regular dentist to an endodontist for a more in-depth look at a painful area, and this was the closest one that took my insurance.

The office staff was great and kind. Front desk Casey was very professional and I appreciate her work to get me in on short notice.

The endodontist, Dr. Ingel, is a different story:
- He spent a grand total of 5 minutes with me.
- He declared that he "knew what the problem was" before he even looked in my mouth.
- He got aggravated at me for being in pain because "he barely touched me."
- He said I "just need to clean my teeth"
- He sent me right back to my primary dentist with a return referral to extract a tooth after initially saying, "There's nothing wrong with your teeth."

I get cleanings every 6 months (the last one was 4 months ago) and I brush every single day. Even if I do need to get a tooth extracted (a tooth that "has nothing wrong with it"), the endodontist could have conducted the exam in a way that was not so hurried, condescending, demeaning, and conveyed annoyance at a patient for being in pain.

I do not recommend Dr. Ingel.

I do recommend that his nice office staff find a better office to work at, because a clinician who treats their patients like that probably treats their office staff in a similar manner.

Dr. Horner and her staff are the absolute best. I used to hate going to the dentist, but now this is easy as pie. Very gentle and do a fantastic job!!

Dentist, hygienist and dental assistant were all wonderful. The hygienist always does a thorough job cleaning my teeth.

Dr. Elliott is awesome. Professional and thorough. The staff is the most upbeat I have ever come across in a dental office.

Horrible job! I had braces through monarch dental and it was a headache the whole journey. Wires were placed wrong, had to struggle to get whatever was wrong fixed. I just got them off however, when I thought I was done with this place I got my retainers only to find out my top retainer was missing a whole tooth and cut very sharp every time I wear them my tongue is cut . And I called and nothing can be done for another 2 weeks. This place made this whole experience a nightmare to say the least.

Sandra Horner is an excellent dentist. I have been there many times and she is always happy and upbeat. She is considerate of her patient's experience and always makes me feel comfortable while I am there. She is good at prioritizing work that needs to be done and does not push patients to have work done. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good dental visit experience.
