I have had a great experience every time I go. I have never had a dentist where I have no pain. I had caps put on all my upper teeth. 4 hrs in the chair. Went back a few times. They have the friendliest staff I've ever had. Dr. Dennison was great. He was able to figure out my bad bite and fix it. He does not want u to have any pain while he's working.

Never made it to see how the dentists are. Couldn’t get past the front desk people who messed up my daughters appointments 3 times. Then, when they called me, they tried to blame it on me and wouldn’t take responsibility for their mistakes. The lady who called was very rude and hung up on me! I wouldn’t even give them one star but it wouldn’t let me give them no stars! We found a much better place in Lindale whose office staff was very nice and competent of scheduling an appointment! I suppose the rude staff here was a blessing in disguise!

I had an appointment for a root canal this morning. Every person, from Kathy at the front desk to the dental team itself, including Dr. Denson & Christie, were professional, but also very down to earth. The entire experience was as pleasant as any dental appointment I've ever had. . . Even the payment was very reasonable in comparison to others, especially those in Tyler. I highly recommend The Center For Implant & General Dentistry in Lindale. They're just good folks & I especially like the idea of using local Doctors doing business right here at home.

The staff is fun and friendly. They made me feel important. Dr. Denson met and talked with me before we proceeded. He wanted to get to know me first. I gag when we do bite wings... I had to insist that a second person be involved in the process, but they did accommodate me. I appreciate that as it would have been a deal breaker. I appreciate the friendliness and laughter that engulfs this dentist office. Check it out for yourself.
