Fresh Dental - Longview

Me and my family have been going to Fresh Dental for awhile. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about their fields. Mr Ward is by far the best Dentist in Longview. This office needs 10 stars instead of 5. Much love 💙💚💙💚💙

My appointment was at 10am. They finally call me back at 1045. The cleaning was first, then the xrays. It is 1140 & Dr has yet to come in to do his 2 minute oral exam. The staff is friendly but I just don't understand why it takes 2 hours?

Got me in faster than I expected. I had lost a filling, got it fixed the same day with little fuss and no pain. Explained every thing and answered any questions I had. Even got a next appointment in the next seven days.

Fairly new to the Longview area..I had already had a bad experience at a previous dentist so I decided to try Fresh Dental after seeing them at a Veteran event (Hubby is a Vet)The marketing specialist was so informative and nice. First appointment with 2 of my girls was ok. 2nd appt with my 2 boys and daughter was eh ok. My son had to go back. 3rd appt was horrible. This doctor has 0 patience for kids. Even after knowing my son was going to be one of those patients who would be nervous and scared the doctor did nothing to make him feel comfortable. Kept telling him he could take his time or go at his pace and make it hurt. Kept walking out on him after being noticably upset and annoyed. Me and the dental assistant were trying our best to calm my son down. Yes my son was being difficult but that doctor crossed the line when he snatched the mask of nitrous with the glasses given to him off his face. And he just walked out. Came back in to try again. But after all that,how can he be expected to be trusted? My son wasn't having it. And i don't blane him.When I spoke to the manager she gave me a number to call and all but also gave me info a little too late to help my son. I called the number to complain. Spoke to someone else about my experience. Even though she was nice and willing to go the extra mile to give me a better experience at a different location, I did not at all feel comfortable going and putting my son through more trauma. I shall stick with a pediatric dentist next time. As for me and my husband we hope to find a dentist with patience and understanding. Hope my review helps anyone looking into giving these guys a try.

Awesome place! Staff is very friendly and the hygienist and dentist are awesome! Plus it’s super convenient to where I live.

My granddaughter has been coming here for all her dental and orthodontics needs now for close to a year now. Our experience has been positive in the care that she receives. The Dr.'s and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Fresh Dental works with patients that can not afford to pay the entire bill up front with affordable payment plans. I would recommend Fresh Dental to anyone.

The younger man dentist there is AMAZING! The whole staff is excellent, but this man took time out to interact with my daughters and made them feel right at home! Couldn’t have asked for a better visit!

Dental assistant did a good job with cleaning. Had to wait after that for quite awhile for the dentist to come in. Apparently he was pretty busy today but he took time to explain what he saw and that are no concerts this time.

Absolutely LOVE the lady that did my Ortho she was very respectful fast
in gentle with my mouth she gets a A+ in the ladies that’s at the front
They’re always smiling in willing to talk and work with you schedule although I wanted to see Dr. Ward he wasn’t there
to make me laugh very outgoing gentlemen...

I’m a retired police officer and this was the best experience that I have had at any dentist office that I have ever been too. Dr ward was great and all of his assistants were out standing. I will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends.
