Fresh Dental - Longview

My mouth has been very bad for over a year now. I have gone to a periodontist for the last year with no results. After going to Fresh Dental I now feel there is hope and it’s all going to get better. Very professional and friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you fresh dental for helping me get through this.

Excellent service and care! This was the BEST dental experience I have ever had. From the friendly staff that showed nothing but professionalism and care for patients, to the Dentist that puts patients at ease and provides top quality services for the whole family. Not only do I highly recommend, but I will be making them MY dental care choice from now on!!

Possibly the worst dentist office in town, it's feels like a circus with the animals running the show. the manager is with out a doubt the most uncouth woman I've ever met. It seems she has no idea what is going on at anytime what so ever!!! They tried to charge for work that wasn't done!!! The dentist was nice enough but seemed to be overzealous about his skills. The rest of the staff seemed friendly but by the time I left I had a real bad taste in my mouth. From the poor customer service to the long wait time and average dental work, I would take my business elsewhere and at least be serviced by someone who will treat you like a human being with a brain, knows what is going on and charges for the correct work.

Super pleasant and efficient staff today and every time I visit, and Dr. Ward is the best..professional, expert, and caring. Fresh Dental in Longview has been our home for oral health for over five years, including fillings, crowns, root canals, and surgeries.

If I had it all to do over I would have gone to Mexico. I do not recommend Fresh Dental to anyone. The teeth that I spent over $14,000 on are falling out and am now being told the only recourse to have the teeth pulled and me left with holes in my mouth. A wisdom tooth that I had a root canal done on at the strong recommendation of the dentist lost its crown months ago and a Gold crown on the other side with a post sticking out of it FELL OUT!!! They are saying now that the wisdom tooth WASNT EVEN NECESSERY IN THE FIRST PLACE and that I had “plenty of chewing service on that side anyway”. Do not use this company. You will regret it. Use a reputable dentist. If you are going to spend the money anyway - you might as well have teeth that are going to stay in your mouth.

I consider fresh dental my new family. Most professional caring dentistry I have ever visited. The staff and the dentist's Will give you the most professional visit you have ever had. Thank you fresh dental for making my smile beautiful.

I called to make an appointment for my fiance. I asked if they took Medicaid and she told me they did take one kind. My fiance has that kind of Medicaid... Then when we drive the 30 min away from my home to make the appointment, I was told they didn't take that kind of Medicaid! Very rude! Not a sould in the office either. Acted as if just bc we had Medicaid we were below them and didn't deserve help.

Dr Golbandi and his assistant were wonderful! They were very kind, and sweet. Dr Golbandi answered, and explained all my questions and problems...he also did a fantastic job on my teeth! I love this place!

I see Dr. Ward and Fresh Dental is the best place I’ve ever gone. Everyone there is really sweet and will go above and beyond to help you. They also listen to what you have to say. I’m blessed to be able to use them.
