Super friendly staff, clean office, great dental work! The dentist's Nina and Dr. Ward are so comforting and really down to earth. They even called me,the evening after I had a tooth extracted, to check on me. The dental assistants where so friendly and calming before a nervous procedure .. I will be a Fresh patient from now on!

They were unprepared did not check my dental insurance to make sure it was PPO before I arrived they had since last Thursday to do so did not get anything done very disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful, even when there was a small issue with a prescription. Everyone has done their best to make my young child feel less nervous, and they've all been really good with kids, telling jokes, explaining everything in a way my child can understand, and all the staff I've met have treated my child and me with respect. I've had very good experiences with fresh dental so far.
Edit: 6 months later, we've had to get more dental work done, and everyone here has still been very kind and helpful. They keep taking good care of us.

Totally dropped the ball on this one. How can you leave a KID in pain and only schedule a follow a WEEK out!! Wat a joke !! People keep your kids away from here

Not only is Fresh Dental in-network with my BCBS insurance policy (which is harder and harder to find), but I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. Dr. Schwartz provided an excellent assessment and plan of care. Before I left, I received a written treatment plan including a cost estimate. The staff was friendly and the customer service was excellent.

Awesome service! They were able to get me in the same day with tooth pain and scheduled a next day appointment for a root canal. The staff is very friendly, I definitely would recommend them to others!

I’ve referred so many friends here, I hope they are not having the same experiences I’ve had. I lost count of the amount of times I’ve had to wait up to an hour+ to be seen. One instance I checked in 15 mins before my appointment and they said they call me in when they were ready for me, sat for 2hours waiting they completely forgot about me until I went up to the front desk. The most recent one, made an appointment Sept 2021 for May 13, 2022 came in and told me I was not scheduled at all. I have to make a 35minute drive up here and request time off my job, lost time and money today. As far as the doctors I’ve never had an issue they are very professional and nice I’m not sure why issues like this have occurred or where the problem is. I am very dissatisfied with today’s experience.
