I unfortunately didn’t want to write this, but I feel I can’t be the only one. I had went in March 3rd to get some work done. I was given a treatment plan. I asked for them to call me right after they talk to my insurance and see what I need to come up with after their portion is paid. I never received a call that week. No big deal, I’ll call Monday. I call Monday and I was told that they will call me back... again. I call my insurance Tuesday and ask if any calls were made on my behalf or claims and they said not at all, not one. I call back Tuesday and ask if someone could please call me back so we could talk about what in the world is going on because I’m in discomfort and I have a 5200$ treatment plan needing to be done. Nothing... not one call. I called them every-time and each time I was told someone would call me. My husband has been waiting on a call back for three weeks. This is two incidents with the same results. What’s so unfortunate is the dentist and the dental hygienist were absolutely professional and kind. I was excited to start this journey to a healthier mouth. My husband and I will not be returning. Not that it really matters, because others will and life will go on. I hope this was just a fluke and it doesn’t happen often if ever. Just upsetting it happen to us.

Not very pleased with staff members at the front desk. I paid $99 to get X-rays and set up a "treatment plan" for them to give me the price of how much it would cost to fix my teeth. Price was pretty high, understandable, I have a lot of work that needs to be done. I am going to get a second opinion elsewhere and went up there to have my x-rays and pictures sent over to another dentist. They claim I didn't take x-rays that they are not in their system. I told them yes, I did take x-rays I paid for them on my first visit. She said well there not in the system they only had outside pictures done available. I explained to them that I paid $99 for them to lose my X-rays? One of the front desk reps said, we don't lose stuff its gets put in our system and the system must of misplaced them or didn't get put in there.....front desk is very rude and not helpful at all...
However, when I went for my exam on my first trip the dentist and the dental assistant were VERY sweet and helpful on explaining me what I need done. Gave me reassurance of my fear of getting my mouth worked on and explained what medicine they give to relax me.
They need better desk workers who can handle not losing someone's paperwork and x-rays....

Whitney has been cleaning my sons teeth for several years and she is so kind and professional each time! The boys feel 100% comfortable with her and we are so thankful for Fresh dental. Dr. Ward is absolutely amazing with our kids and he keeps us laughing. Thank you for your hard work! 10/10 recommend

I've been in and out of there many times for a root canal/bridge. And even though my situation was quite difficult they were outstanding throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them and Dr. Okobi to anyone and everyone.

We just recently started with Fresh Dental and I will sing their praises. My extremely anxious 8 year old had to have a procedure done and they were kind, caring and talked her through everything. She did not feel anything the entire time and was smiling the whole way through! If you are looking for a great Dentist, look no further!

Excellent service and bedside manner! My autistic son usually has a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, to the point he would normally have to be sedated. The team at Fresh Dental have been patient and compassionate with him, and he was able to get a lot of work done without sedation. That's a huge step! Thank you Fresh Dental!

This place is NOT kid friendly. This was my daughters first time to the dentist. She was very scared(she is 3)and he didn’t even try to talk with her or make her comfortable like other doctors do. They “claim” to make it comfortable for kids but they do not put in the effort. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
