Got in pretty quick to see the dentist, found out I need to get all bottom teeth pulled, & I need top & bottom dentures. Didn't have the funds to get work done. (Need to save money)
They called in some antibiotics, took the antibiotics, still having horrible pain, called back to see if the dentist could call in some more antibiotics, was told I needed to come back in to see the dentist.
Called to make appointment, left message, & they never called me back.

Hands down the best dentist office! The whole staff is friendly and they know exactly what there doing. Very knowledgeable. I love when I go in they greet me by name and are always friendly and patient! Anytime I need to change my appointment time at the last minute or appointment day they are always willing to work with me.

Staff is very nice and greet you with a smile. I honestly felt right at home while I was there. They took good care of me and the Dr made sure I was ok and not in any pain during my procedure. He also kept me updated on what was going to happen next all the way up until everything was complete. I couldn't ask for anything more! The office is always very clean and tidy which is a big deal for me. This office is well worth a 5 star rating!! If you haven't scheduled your appointment, I dare you to check'em out!!

Dr. Ward and his team are the best people to take care of your dental needs! They did everything in one visit and made me feel 100% at ease with my treatment plan. Their rates are also lower than in Dallas. I will be keeping them as my primary care provider since moving to east Texas. Highly recommended to all my friends and family.

I went in for my first root canal and crown. Dr Gillbani is a great dentist. He has a great personality and makes sure you understand what is going on and what you need to do. He also has a great sense of humor! I'll continue going to Fresh Dental in Longview as the doctors and the assistants are just wonderful!
