Very nice worked with me on my first time there cleaned my teeth and explained what I will need as I come back to do more work on my gums and teeth . Did a great job

This is the best dentist office ever! The staff is the greatest, especially, Shanta, Izzy and Ashley is the best staff EVER! If you are nervous and afraid of the dentist come see these young ladies they will put your mind at ease. I love this place. Dr. Nguyen is the Balm!

I’ve been going for years and never had a problem before if anything I thought it was getting better than before. Today I had an appointment @8 (which they had decided to change from it being at 10:30 a day before the appointment) went inside around 7:37am because they supposedly open @7:30 no one was behind the counter, didn’t see staff well receptionist that i saw get there till maybe after 8 which is what time my appointment was. Someone got in before me even though I had arrived first, got in brushed it off thinking it would just be that.. the whole cleaning was done in maybe 15-20 mins if that, all was rushed they had told me no hygienists were available when they rescheduled me and that a doctor could do it, me thinking a doctor would do a much better job, i was wrong. They had students working which I’m all for it but the flossing was very harsh & no fluoride was applied on afterwards. My x-rays were not even looked at or done since they use to do them every time I went and that was my whole point of going because i wanted to get my wisdom teeth out, have a whole cavity that clearly no one cared about looking at. $60 is what i paid for someone to just brush my teeth that I could of done for free at home. They could of literally told me they didn’t have time to properly do my cleaning and check up, would of rather heard that instead of wasting my time.

Needed extensive dental work and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.I would definitely recommend Dr.Ward. He is very gentle and kind. It doesn't matter if the waiting area is full when you are in his chair you are the only one who matters so if you have to wait a bit be grateful it is well worth it.

The staff is super friendly! I’ve had a great dental experience here! I highly recommend people to come to this dental office and tell your family and friends, they won’t disappoint! :)

Fresh Dental in longview has gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best possible outcome for each tooth. They're staff is very professional and confident. I have been going to them for 3 years now and plan to use them to fix every problem with my teeth. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist!

After a very disappointed dental visit a year ago, I was hesitant to try another dental office. Fresh Dental was a much better experience for me. The staff was very professional and personable. I like the atmosphere and is very clean and new. I love how a treatment plan was discussed showing my portion to pay and what insurance covered prior to my services. I did not feel pressured in anyway. I will be back.

I had 2 wisdom teeth removed this morning(7:15 on a Saturday). They told me if I followed their directions i should be feeling better by the next day. If things keep progressing at this rate I should be able to start work Monday and not even missed a day for this sx. Keeping my fingers crossed and knocking on wood. Now prior to sx I had 3 appointments, a yearly and 2 deep cleanings. Waiting to be seen for those were averaging 30-45 mins, but they were VERY accommodating when trying to find times when I didn't have to miss work, maybe if I had taken one of the recommended times I would have been in and out faster. Now about the doctors and staff. Girls up front especially the 2 that check in and out are great... Daniel the hygienist I absolutely love him even though he spends most of his time in Tyler office but I highly recommend... Dr ward was very nice and professional, does not beat around the bush, tells you what he would recommend take it or leave it.

Had my appointment set up for 3 weeks. I called once to schedule a closer time. Also called the day before to confirm my appointment! When I got up there they told me they didn't accept my Medicaid or treat women over the age of 21 on my Medicaid & didn't forget to mention I was 20 minutes late. I was obviously aware. I drove 40 minutes & found a baby sitter for this appointment all to be told they couldn't see me? Their excuse as to why they never told me was because they couldn't get a hold of me? Yet I had called just the day before & they could've told me. Beyond aggravated & pissed.

It was really good. The staff was very helpful and they explained everything they were doing in grave detail. See as how this was my first visit without my parents, I DEFIANTLY love this dentist. The dentist himself is also very friendly and helpful!
