I absolutely love this place! I was having tooth pain and the earliest i could get an appointment was the 27th of march well i waited and tried at home remedies to help but after about a week i gave in when the pain got worse and called again to see about coming in sooner. The receptionist got me in that same day for a free exam and i was scheduled to have my tooth removed the very next day! They did a very good job at making sure i was comfortable and numb before pulling it out and after i was even able to keep my tooth! I am no longer in any pain and will continue to use Aspen Dental for my future dentist needs

Don't go to Aspen Dental. They have TERRIBLE customer service and they charge more than other dentists. Their billing system is chaos too. I have two dental insurances and even called my insurance company to talk to them that preventive dental cleaning should be 100% covered. They still want to charge me and my son for $50 dollars. Their management team has always been very rude and bully. They charged extra $175 for my husband's teeth cleaning in May and still didn't refund back yet, no matter how many calls we made. Now they want to charge me extra $50 for my teeth cleaning? No way! They said the manager will call me, but never received any phone calls. Don't waste your money and time in Aspen Dental!

I made the call center aware of my daughter having braces when making an appointment for a cleaning. They did not inform me of needing to have her bands and wire removed before the visit. The local office staff was very nice and apologetic for the call centers mess up.

The Dental Hygienist,a young lady was very nice, and explained in detail the procedure she was to perform. I had feared this procedure, which was scaling and a deep cleaning of the gums, removing tarter on my teeth, and below the gum line. It had been determined that I had a mild disease of the gums and of course I wanted it as soon as possible. She worked on me diligently for an hour, and we were then finished. She was professional and efficient, from my viewpoint, and I was pleased that we did finish on time.
The front office staff is nice to work with, as well. Irma strives to schedule me at my convenience, and Beth is always on the telephone. I am very glad I found Aspen Dental, and plan continuing with them for a long, long time. October 12, 2014 Del Hagan

I chose Aspen Dental because they advertise one day dentures and as I had broken mine I needed them quickly. It took a week to get them and as i tried to eat with them they hurt horribly. I assumed I would need to get used to them so I continued to try for a week then on aug 27 I called to see if I could get in for an adjustment and after a good five minutes the lady on the phone said she could get me in on sept. 10. Needless to say I do not recommend Aspen Dental in Lubbock Texas.

If i could rate them 0 stars i would. I don't normally write reviews but i thought i would today to keep anyone from going here. First off when they called to confirm my appointment they didn't get any of my insurance info so when I went in on the 19th of march i wasted my whole morning for them to tell me they couldn't do anything because no one got my insurance info when they called to confirm. Then they told me that i would have to put $200 down just for them to save me an appointment. And when i called to give them my insurance info it took them a week to call and verify! And i was told they would call me once they did get it verified and i never recieved a call. I had to call them to make sure they did and they were still trying to charge me almost $600. Worst experience yet. I will not be going back to this dentist office

Wow! The staff were awesome!! I went to the Lubbock, TX location to have an adjustment on a new denture that I had made at another Aspen Dental location in TX. Dr Fay and Joshua the lab tech were so great when they looked at what was made and what my old denture looked like they could tell that the first one was way too big. The remade me a completely new denture for nothing because of the Aspen Dental guarantee. They didn't have to do it because they were not getting anything, but they did it as if it was being paid for. I would recommend them to anyone. The new one needed a few adjustments, but now I am completely satisfied. Thank you again Dr. Fay, Josua and all of your staff for all you did!

Def the best dental office I've ever been to! Super helpful, affordable, modern texhnology and knowledge staff! From scheduling to this third opinion, I now feel very comfortable having work done! I don't think you can get ANY better dental service elsewhere. Did I mention how CLEAN the office is?
