I was scheduled today for a consultation for my braces ,I had took time off of work to be there to be seen . When I made the appointment I was told over the phone that the consultation would be free if I didn’t need any treatment that day. As staff was trying to get my insurance processed I was told by the manager that consultations are not free and it would be $59. I just wasted all my time there and left because I need to go back to work. I then called the manager to put in a complaint and was told their orthodontist is not at that location it’s somewhere else. I understand I was “misinformed” per the manager, but there should of been some accommodation for the inconvenience. This is not the way to treat patients in a health care setting. All I got was a number to call . No discount or nothing .

Went there for my 6 MO cleaning as usual, but doctor said I needed a deep root cleaning after viewing the xrays for roughly $900. Well there is no way I can afford that much even with making payments. You also have to go in later for maintenance for a few mos. which was not included. I asked if they could just do the cleaning for now. They refused to do the cleaning. So I left.
