Went in today into there office they made feel so comfortable , I’m very picky who I let get see my teeth because I’m super self conscious about my teeth.... I use to have a beautiful smile and in the result of my blood pressure pills jack them up... They have given me a plan at my own steps so I can make happen when I can “ no pressure “ SUPER AFFORDABLE “I can have my beautiful smile back.... Nothing but good things to say about this office. Staff very professional and personable. Had to take my 5 year old daughter in for fillings. The assistant made her and myself feel very at ease. The dentist was very caring and concerned about her comfort. Will always use this dentist no better one that I have seen so far.

This place has gone through A LOT of different management over the last three years, but I just say as of our last two visits (both within six months, so over at least the last year) we have seen the same doctor as well as an amazing improvement in customer care. The two biggest issues we had in the past were 1. Waiting in office for hours past the appointment time to receive care and 2. 2018-Misrepresentation on my child’s Medicaid documents, in a nutshell, One of the previous doctors stated he had performed work that was not done and Medicaid paid him for it. (It was a whole situation trying to sort this out). Anyway, things are looking bright for this dentistry and the great people representing it right now. They have truly made all the difference from any past experiences had. Thank you Choice Dental team for the hard work and improvements over the last year!

My mother-in-law just raved about her visit today. She said everyone was so warm, friendly and nice and they took especially good care to be masked and gloved and everything was clean and it wasn't crowded. She felt very safe. We would highly recommend Marshall Choice Dental

I will NEVER go back. The black lady at the front desk (I didn’t get her name) was very unprofessional. She kept rudely interrupting me as I was talking, very disrespectful to my insurance company when the representative was trying to help and she hung up in their face. After almost 45mins of trying to do something they could have prepped me for before I came in, I was called to the back. I’m guessing the lady was “going” to clean my teeth was still a intern, she had no clue on what she was doing. She assisted the dentist who stepped in to clean my teeth. The dentist was so rough and he kept stabbing my gums. I’ve never bleed so much just from a cleaning ever. On top of all of that they didn’t even have a toothbrush to put in my bag 😒

Talk about AMAZING staff!!! If you want to go to a place where you and your children feel welcome then this is the place to come. They will go above and beyond to display ex0cellent customer service. They have an awesome dentist that makes the kiddos feel comfortable every time and he has patience with them. I highly recommend this dental office!!!
