They scheduled me at an appointment for 12:30 knowing I was a new patient, then told me when I got there lunch was at 1 so they couldnât see me till another day. Stupid. Horrible customer service.

My dad had his appointment at 11 as it was confirmed in a text message . He arrived and was rejected because they claim the appointment was at 9 . Very unprofessional!
