I went for wisdom teeth extractions, and they did a great job. They were very accommodating when it came to prescriptions and pain management due to the fact that I'm a nursing mother. Also, they let me keep my teeth, so that's always a plus.

I was given an appointment, got ready, drove very far, then when I arrived they told me they were too busy and could not see me. When I complained with their corporate office and they called this guys in McAllen office, they lied and said I had walked in their office and asked for a specialist. Are you serious? Who walks in a dentist office door and asks for a specialist?
It would have been better to NOT give me the appointment so I didn't waste my time and gas. Watch out cause corporate number might set you with an appointment but then this office might not honor it and you will end up wasting your time and gas.

Very unprofessional place. Waited for an hr while the girls up front just sat there laughing and talking. After about 45 mins I was told the doctor was a bit behind and would be with me shortly. After an hr. I asked how much longer and was told if I wanted to reschedule because the doctor was running behind on Treatments and I still had another patient ahead of me. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT FROM THE MIN I WALKED IN AND THEY LET ME SIT THERE AN HR BEFORE I HAD TO ASK TO FIND OUT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I got a root canal done here and had the worst experience. They didn’t even verify if the area was completely numb before working on me. Well, when the nerve was touched I was in the most excruciating pain and anxiety. Now the same tooth is aching worst than before my root canal & turning black.

I made my appointment today over the phone explaining that I was making the appointment because my tooth filing fell off. Since I'm in pain and I have difficulty chewing I took time from my work and went to the appointment expecting that my problem will be resolved. After the X Rays and 5 minutes evaluation from the doctor ( yes! 5 minutes! ), her assistant told me to go to the front so they can explain the prices. I knew I'm needing a implant and I was interesting in knowing the prices for that work. So, guess what!!! My visit for today was done!!!
So the visit for today was only for the evaluation and nothing else! Literally they told me to go to front to get the prices and schedule a new appointment to resolve my problem. I was so disappointed! When I asked for the doctor the clerk told that the doctor was with another client and she wasn't able to fix my problem today.
So let me put this on perspective:
1-I took time from my work to go the appointment
2-My appointment was about 1 hr to tell me that I have to do another appointment to fix my problem
3-If for some reason you can't fix my problem you need to explain this information to the client
4-If you first visit if for an "evaluation" you need to explain this as well. I had another options and I ended up canceling
Who in this world want to go to an appointment for nothing!?
I should have read the reviews beforehand!

I still don't know her name ,cause she never introduced herself, and that's cause I was a new patient,.lol, can't imagine next visit. Other than that she did her job..
