Highly recommend if you and your children want to go to the same place for dental services! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and considerate of first time visits for children. Dr. Lopez and her staff were fantastic!

Heroes dental does not care about their patients time in the least. I kept trying them to see if things would be different the next time but every time I went back it would be 1+ hour wait. The last straw was when I tried to take my 3 year old in for her first appointment. She was excited to be there at first but after waiting for an hour, she was overwhelmed and tired which resulted in an awful first experience. As long as patients continue to accept this type of treatment, they'll keep treating us this way. This is completely unacceptable, the 15 minute late policy has to go both ways!

Highly Recommend Heroes Dental, 10/10 will always come here for any needed services. They helped with my 1 yr old son while I got work done which as a single dad let me tell you is a true blessing and they were so good with him I could not ask for a better place to go for both me and my son.

The hygienist does excellent work that's not my issue. My issue is every time I set an appointment, they always call to change it to another day or another time. My time is valuable just like yours, and I don't appreciate being given appointment and then ask to change it to a different time. I have to work also and it's a hassle with my schedule
