I couldn't of been more content with this facility and all their staff. Not only were they friendly but as well very knowledgeable of everything. From the front desk, to the ones that did the cleaning of mine & my sons teeth ,but to the Dentist/Doctor who treated my son. Thank you all for what you do! His smile says it all .

Love how clean and organize this place is! My daughter (5) loves coming here, I love the customer service and the prizes that she gets to have at the end of the day! Makes coming to the dentist way easier to manage! Definitely recommend but also bring a jacket or blanket because it does get very cold

Ok, at first, I thought it was only for kids but they do attend to adults as well. Must of been a busy day as I did have to wait to be attended. The staff members were perlite and the price was affordable. I leave near-by and would go back again if I have too. Thanks for making my visit that much pleasant as I now feel better than I did before I went in.

Love this office. They treated my 7 year old daughter so well. They were very informative and quick. At the end they let my daughter choose prizes to take home too!

Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in with front staff all the way to the assistants & doctor. Stephanie did a great job with my kids cleanings. Ashley also did an amazing job explaining my girls step by step the process of a sealant and it made my girls feel very comfortable in getting treatment. Definitely recommend Smile Magic of McAllen.

Today Jessy was very friendly and helpful. As he was cleaning my children teeth, he carefully explained to my kids the pros and cons of taking care of their teeth. He answered my questions throughly and took extra time to recommended us what floss are good . He explained to my children how to reach into the hard to reach areas of the teeth. He is great !
