Aspen Dental

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, but this place has eased my mind tremendously. They are so sweet and understanding. Im so glad I came across this place, I will not be going anywhere else. Awesome staff!!

Aspen Dental was the best dental office I have been too. The receptionist liz was very helpful, and answered my questions without any hesitation with a very kind deposition. Veronica gave me a cleaning and whitened my teeth and was very nice, and asked about my comfort level the entire time I was in the chair. She had a cheerful personality and a smile the whole time. Overall the staff was very professional, and the office was very orderly and clean. I liked the fact that I could watch tv while in the chair. I will definitely will be going back.

My appointment was scheduled for 4 pm, but I didn’t get taken back until almost 5:30. I was told I needed my wisdom teeth removed, and they quoted me at $3800 out of pocket (I have insurance). I asked why it was so high and they said because their surgeon is out of network. If you choose a surgeon in network your insurance can cover 80-90%. So do not let them tell you that you have to pay for that surgery. On my bill I was charged $135 for an electric toothbrush that they did not ask me if I even wanted. Luckily I saw the charge before I paid and they removed it.

I went in on Jan 20th and had my upper denture repaired. It had a small crack in it, they said they could fix it and have back to me in a couple of hours. They only person I talked to was the girl that took me back. She took denture back to someone and came back and said they would have it ready in a couple of hours. Nothing was ever said about it would just break again. I paid they $200 for the repair. 10 days later it broke in the same spot, except worse. I called and talked to them about coming back in and having it repaired. I was told on the phone that it would just break again and they wouldn’t stand behind the repair work they did. I would not recommend Aspen Dental for anything😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dr. Michael was an absolute savior and a saint! I went in with an infected wisdom tooth and she was able to get me in and get it taken out with little to no pain and was patient with me through it all! Definitely will be going back

They have a new Dentist since the last time I've visited, however they are friendly and a very accommodating staff. Pricing would be my only complaint. For a root canal and crown quoted at 2,300 for one tooth... for the same price, I was able to buy a flight ticket to my hometown in Pennsylvania, spend three-four days at home, and get my tooth fixed (700 for the tooth) for less... all cheaper than staying in midland.

I will not return to this dentist office. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment. Then I had to go through multiple x-rays. Finally, after I saw the dentist, I could not get a cleaning in the same visit. I was not rescheduling another visit for a waste of time. It's too bad because I really liked the dentist that did the exam but the office/practice was poorly ran. In addition when I was checking out, I heard the hygienists say, what is wrong with these patients today.

Great People who take the time to care for your individual needs in a timely fashion,and you get to leave with a great Smile and a wallet that doesn't feel like you were held up.

Very unprofessional. Went there for a deep cleaning and they told me to come back after 2 weeks for a check-up to see if everything is alright and if I’m doing good at taking care at my teeth after cleaning. They told me they wouldn’t charge me for a check-up but they ended up sending me bills and when I came talk to them, they made me pay for a check-up which was charged by regular cleaning price! I told them that at first when they told me about the price they didn’t mention about paying for the check-up and I was not gonna pay for it but the manager was insisting on making me pay for the check up! The manager was extremely unprofessional and i don’t think she knows about what she was doing!
Plus, they called me to cancel my appointment 30 mins before my schedule and there is another time they canceled it without letting me know!
I wish i could give them 0 star! Definitely never going back there!

Staff service was okay. The dentist didn't even say good morning or introduced himself.
they said they would call me the next day to discuss treatment and quote, one week a half later nobody has called yet.
