The work I needed done was very expensive. I shopped around for a while before talking to the dentist at Aspen. They helped me tremendously and at the right price. They actually answer the phone when you call and are patient and understanding.

It is going to be easy for me to write a honest review but it is going to be very hard for people to take it constructively since we live in this age of polarized opinions where people just bash and talk one another into the ground because ones feelings were hurt by the poor services provided. Therefor i will start by sharing the fact that i went to school to be a dental technician, i was good at the practical side of it, but the learning side, the amount of reading material and the retaining of it was beyond my capabilities so i had to quit. What i am trying to say is that when i am going to the denstist, i literally know what needs to be done to my teeth and what not, long story told short-ish, i had a root canal done and needed a crown, the temporary filling fell out and i asked the doctor if he could redo the filling so that i gain more time to get the money together for the crown, the doctors answers was no, he took a look at my tooth with the mirror and that was it, he didn’t even touch my tooth with his tool in order to figure out the amount of built up decay or to determine if there is a bacterial leak into the root canal, also the doctor quickly came to the conclusion that i need another crown on the tooth next to the one we are talking about, there was no diagnosis why i needed it, there were no question if i want or not, he probably saw on the xray that this other tooth also has a root canal done and he decided for me on his behalf that it needs a crown...though the tooth, filling and root canal are perfectly fine, the next moment i am in the office with this lady trying to talk me into a $2600 financing out which i maybe need half...and i will try not to mention the fact that the doctor didn’t even introduced himself, probably he did not have time since his time spent with me was les then 4 minutes...

Came in for an extraction of a broken tooth tools dentist tooth was still very sensitive, but he reached in and broke the tooth off and continued to dig on it for quite awhile before I could convince him to numb it again. He put in injection but immediately started digging again without waiting for it to take affect. Office seams to be all about quantity, no quality at all.

The wait for my appointment was so long that I had to reschedule for another appointment. I was not impressed with the dental hygienist at the initial cleaning, she seemed rushed and not thorough. I did get a filling in my tooth which was good.

The staff was great.The dentist that did my dental work knew what I needed done the most and did a wonderful job.she did no more and no less.before I was insecure about my smile and now I feel great.I got teeth pulled and a walked out of there with dentures.I recommend Aspen Dental for any kind of dental work you need done.they care about there patients and they make sure you are well taken of.It wasn't to expensive they worked with my budget.Thanks to all the staff at Aspen Dental in Midland Texas.I can smile again with confidence.

First time they were an hour behind then after waiting another hour the doc is sick to the point of fainting. At 250 for knocking people out to do one side. Had to wait a month because he only come once a month. Scheduling so many people at the same time two hour wait. How are you only going to have that one doc that can put you under?

Thank you for being ON TIME, even early, getting me in for a routine cleaning. That alone gets you a great rating. Hygienist was very pleasant, polite, and thorough, as in previous visits.
