Dr. Michael and Ally are THE BEST!!! They have taken very good care of me. While having a tooth pulled the both of them were VERY patient and so caring. We had a good laugh after the procedure was done, if you can believe that.
Also when going back for my fillings I was blessed enough to have them both again. So attentive and caring. I had to have 3 fillings done in 1 sitting, which is not fun. But Dr. Michaels said Ally made it a little more comfortable, taking it slow and easy. They would give me breaks when I needed one. Always kept asking if I was ok.
Also Nikki is so sweet and nice. I did not see her for a visit today, but I needed to throw that in there.
Dr. Michaels, Ally and Nikki are THE BEST! I don't dread going to the dentist anymore because I KNOW the GREAT team you have will take good care of me.

This is the best dental place I have ever been to people are friendly they treat you with priority I would recommend this place to anyone. Staff is friendly faces clean everybody has a smile they greet you with a smile

Excellent service! The staff was great essentially the oral hygienist. She was quick, very thorough and made me feel comfortable in that I was getting the best. The doctor was awesome and very informative. Even though they where super busy everyone made me feel like I was important enough to explain the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.

I would and will recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that needs a dentist that they can trust . I was from out of town and contacted there office in West Texas. They were able to get me in and assess the problem area and even with it being a busy afternoon and late in the day get a room ready and take care of my bad tooth pain . And it all started from the front desk to the xray technician then back to the exam room then to the procedure room and even the billing and payment office . Thank you very much and I will be back for more work done when needed .

My husband went in today to have his teeth cleaned. The appointment was at 11am. He arrived 15 minutes early, but was told the appointment was at 9am. He drove home, got his appointment card which said 11am, took it back to Aspen. The clerk didn't apologize, or offer to get him in as quickly as possible, but just said my husband could look to see what his computer says. At that point, my husband just said goodbye, we will be getting another dentist, and left. And last year, my husband saw the dentist, who told him he needed to have a molar extracted because it had a cavity inside the tooth that she couldn't get to. My husband elected to see a specialist. But he never had to. As it turned out, the tooth was just inflamed from something in the gum, and as soon as the inflamation went down, the tooth was fine. They would have pulled a perfectly good tooth. We will bever go back to Aspen, and don't recommend it to anyone else. Their staff are rude and unprofessional.
