The doctor and staff at the Midland location are very professional, precise, and also very caring. For something that started as a dental emergency around the holiday to the actual treatment and solution afterwards they are super both staff and doctor. We are very glad and grateful to have found them!

Yesterday I had three tooth extractions. Regardless of where you go this is an uncomfortable experience, however Dr Micheal made this situation for me as comfortable, easy and quick as possible. She is very nice, kind and considerate always taking the time to insure I was at ease and not in pain. She took the time out to explain the procedure and answered all questions I had prior to starting. Her attitude defiantly rubs off on the staff, because all of her assistants were equally nice, kind and considerate. I will definitely be using Aspen Dental in Midland, Tx. for all my dental needs.

I have paid for 5 family members dentures. $35,000 dollars all with 7 year warranty. Today my adult son took his dentures in for repair and was turned down. Then we requested that his temporary pair be adjusted.. they wanted an extra $500 just to put in a strip… I have never been so upset with a company that doesn’t even try and help a valued customer.. never ever would I recommend Aspen to anymore friends or family. To late for the 5 pair I have purchased… cash no insurance…

Everyone at Aspen dental was great! From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor! My son is having another heart surgery next month and we needed to have any and all dental work done beforehand. We didn't have a local dentist or dental insurance and everywhere else I called was going to take too long to get into and be way too expensive! But when I spoke with the receptionist she was so nice and understanding and they got us in quickly and waived any initial fees for exam and Xrays! Luckily my son had no cavities and all is well and we're able to continue on with his heart surgery coming up. I had been so stressed leading up to everything, but everyone there made it such a smooth and calming process. And my son was also very comfortable with the doctor and hygienist! Thank you Aspen Dental for making this experience smooth and easy.

Other visits wouldn’t get this rating, but this one was superb. Was having tooth pain and needing to do something about it ASAP. Aspen got me in right away. Walked into the waiting room to find that the place, usually found with every chair filled, was almost empty. Was called back right away, and within 15-20 minutes had a diagnosis and options for treatment. Then, was shocked to discover they had availability the same day for treatment in the afternoon, then was called because an earlier time had opened up. Once again, called back within 3-5 minutes, done with procedure 20 minutes later! Staff were all friendly, and seemed to genuinely care about my pain. Great visit overall. Hope they stay that way!!

My doctor was awesome her assistant was awesome I had a little time to sit before she got to me and I was watching the other assistance with the patient they are all very caring and I almost got a family like feel from the employees there. My doctor look very young I was almost intimidated because I thought she was too young until she got to work and did what she did, that was the most painless experience I have ever had at a dentist. Thank you doctor you are beautiful and awesome and you know your stuff. I want you from now on.

The office staff and technicians were very nice. I went in for a consult because my teeth have been decaying and beaking off for quite a while now and it was past time to have an evaluation. The Dentist was also nice, she answered any questions I had and explained things without judgement. I will be going back forr treatment.
