Billing system went down so they couldn’t do the treatment for a root canal. Come to find out they were gonna drill the wrong tooth all together so thankfully I went to a specialist. They were supposed to call me back with prices about having the procedure done with them and they never contacted me back. I left two voicemails inquiring about it with no response as well. The doctor after stating that the tooth could become infected did not prescribe any antibiotics because he did not see any major infection at time of appointment though noted it looked like an infection may have been starting. Two days later on the weekend there was a rapid onset and a general doctor said had I not contacted them immediately like I did I could have went septic. Several other medical providers and dentists/ dental assistants all said that the second the initial dentist even thought an infection could form he should have been prescribing antibiotics as a best practice at the very least. They did a cleaning at time of my appointment and the girl who did it barely touched my teeth at all. They felt the same as I walked in. They did not use fluoride either. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I will never go back to them and will recommend everyone else stays away from them too. Complete lack of professionalism by the dental workers themselves. The gentleman who did my X-rays and the young lady who was working on the payment stuff were the only two people with professionalism.

Was by far the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had. Felt like a power washer hitting my gums. By the time they called me back, did the X-ray, cleaned and polished my teeth, it was maybe 10 minutes of service. I’ve never been through a routine cleaning that fast. My teeth don’t feel as clean as they could. And my gum line is throbbing. I just can’t get over how painful that was. I felt a careless feeling towards the patients the entire visit. I won’t be back.

Terrible. Go somewhere else. I went in about 6 months ago for a tooth extraction. After 7 or 9 shots they gave up trying to numb me and just went ahead with the extraction. The pain was unbearable. When i got home i realized the dentist had knocked out the filling in the next tooth. It was a good size filling right on the front of the tooth. Either he didn't notice or just didnt both to tell me, which is equally concerning in either case. I was already somewhat numbed. If he had told me about it we couldve just fixed it real quick. When i went back a couple weeks later he acted like it was no big deal "sometimes that happens". I keep getting texts about scheduled appointments but nobody ever answers the phone so i can tell them to take me off their list. This review is in response to their latest text thanking me for coming in today, which i certainly did not. With their complete incompetance and unprofessionalism, i am truly surprised they are still in business.

I was so vary nervous but actually it wasn't bad at all . The dentist was vary friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Made sure my mouth was completely numb . Every one else that assistanted were vary friendly. I had a good experience. I will be coming back in the future when I get dental insurance. Thank you 😊 💓

Dentist was very rough and did not do a good job of cleaning my teeth. Been using Bliss dental for a few years and this dentist was all about me spending money.

The worst of my visits to Bliss Dental.
Despite the hygienist that did not know how to use any tool or procedure, then the Dentist which did not introduce herself or greeted me then took her 2 mins to do my regular cleaning.
I wish I could leave -5 stars review but google wouldn’t let me.
Time to look for another dentist.
