The dentist was amazing and so very helpful. He was very attentive and went above and beyond by visiting with me and making sure my daughter was completely caught up with all her dental needs. The assistant was polite and willing to give explanation and was continually asking how my child was doing during the process. For a parent this is such a relief when you are depending on the staff to help you to understand the process. Finally, the office administrator was helpful during check-in and check out. Overall, My daughter was given excellent care and I left feeling secure and very pleased with her check up.

Familia Dental was open on Saturdays which was great as I am a teacher and don’t like to take off of work. However, the phone receptionist has led me to explore other options. I called on my birthday since school was cancelled to see any upcoming availability. She told me my doctor wasn’t in and didn’t offer any solutions. I called Aspen and the lady greeted me with a warm Happy Birthday which made my day. If you are limited on options, Familia Dental might work for you. However, if you value your experience, I would suggest other offices that prioritize making their customers feel valued.

I highly recommend this place. From walking in, to going to the back for X-rays and teeth pulled, I felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Everyone I had to deal with was professional and courteous. If you’re in pain just let them know and they will make sure you’re taken care of properly. I do intend to let my family and friends know to go here. Dr Nakul and DA: Kristen were very helpful and informative. Thank you all very much. 👍🏻👍🏻

They got me in with an emergency and was very caring and helpful. A great staff and dentist makes all the difference. Especially if you’re scared to begin with. They made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I had a very good first experience here, I definitely wanted to see how my experience was before taking my kid's. I then decided to take my then 2 year old, she also had a good experience. Recently I had set up an appointment for my 17m old son, took him out in the cold, only to be told he doesn't qualify with our insurance. When I asked why? The receptionist was very rude and short said "I don't know, you need to call your insurance and ask why." Mind you, i was the only one in the waiting toom, and she was acting like she was too busy to assist me. So I load my son back in the car, call my insurance and tell them what I was told, they said that shouldn't have happened. He was definitely qualified to see the dentist. I then call up there to inform the front desk, and let them know that my insurance said to call them if this continues to be an issue, the same girl answers and says" we don't need to call, we have a portal that tells us, and he is still showing not qualified" I ask if she can please call them and see what the issue is, and she says " she can't call them till later that day, and she would call me back to let me know." It's been 2 days! Beyond Furious. If you are going to let lazy children run your front desk, you are going to lose alot of customers.

Excellent care! My husband and 2 of my teens receive our dental care here. The dentist are very knowledgeable and understanding. The dental hygienist are excellent, Gabrielle is always smiling and very helpful especially explaining dental care to my teens.

Very terrible and rude front office staff. They put your call on a hold for a long time and eventually cut off the call without calling back. I called back the next week to schedule same appointment for my kids, I explained what had happened the last time I called, no apologies, she (Erika) just went ahead to get my information and that was it.
Secondly, I eventually took my kids for the appointment, the kept us waiting for almost 2 hours, I don’t know why.
And lastly, for a dental clinic, it’s not as clean as it used to be. All surfaces are either dirty or dusty. This is definitely my last visit.

Will not go back. Everyone seems nice except the girl at the front. I was waiting over an hour when two people scheduled after me went back. I went to her to ask why I was waiting so long and she was so rude. I remember her being rude from my previous visit as well. I left flustered, wouldn’t recommend this place.

I set up an appointment a couple weeks out for a teeth cleaning. I got a text the day of the appointment saying we need to reschedule because the doctor wouldn’t be in. I called to reschedule and let the receptionist know that im going on vacation and need the cleaning before I leave. So she got me in on a date before my departure date. But then I get ANOTHER text saying I need to reschedule the new appointment because again the doctor wont be in. Why do they keep scheduling appointments if the doctor wont be in?!!!! Makes absolutely no sense. Now because they rescheduled twice, I can’t get a cleaning here or elsewhere because of short notice. Just makes absolutely no sense.
