I had a really bad experience with Familia Dental Midland , they were unprofessional and rude, had x rays done and a week after appointment for an extraction , arrived at my appointment on time , for which they even sent a reminder an hour before, and they had the audacity to tell they were calling me to let me know I had to make and appointment somewhere else because they were not able to do the extraction for me, which they never call or text me, nor leave a voice mail. They just told me at my appointed time in a very rude and agressive tone. Allegating it was my fault because I didnt pick up the phone. I have been in pain for a week and now have to wait another week for my appointment somewhere else of course. I do not recommend this place. Rude and unfriendly, that is no way to treat clients or any person

Went in for a hurting wisdom tooth, my appointment was swift, all staff were very nice and professional. Dr Abdullah was great, extracted my tooth using local anesthetic. I didn't even know it was out. told me to call if I started hurting or needed anything for pain. after the numbness wore off, I called, the had a prescription ready for me.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. 2 hours for x-rays and cleaning.
Everyone was extremely curtious throughout the entire process.
The dentist did a great job and seemed knowledgeable.
Great dentist at affordable prices if you have time to wait.

First, you will never talk directly to the site. It's always a receptionist call center. Secondly, if you have more than 2 kids, you'll have to go on multiple days. Lastly, if THEY refer you to a specialist, be prepared for nonsense. The specialist will require x-rays and if you don't have them you will be charged for new ones. Simple fix you might think and call them to get them. Big mistake. The call center will say we can only email them to the doctor (that they referred you to so you have no info for) or you can go into the site to get them. Went into the site and was told no we can't give you the x-rays you paid for and are entitled to. Call again and they say we will transfer you to the site directly where they say come in to get them directly. Good thing my kids referral was not for an emergency. Never ever ever going back again.

Staff was great, dentist was horrible.
Had a tooth that hurt really bad needed some pain medication and antibiotics, so I called scheduled a appointment for 2pm. When they got me into a back the dentist decided to schedule a root canal the same time I came in. Pretty much didn't help me what so ever, she came in there for maybe a minute and a half and looked at my tooth then sent me on my way, even though I scheduled for a extraction. Gave me antibiotics, and would not give me anything but over the counter medication due to me wearing my coveralls.
10/10 would never come back again.
Also I almost forgot tried them a time before and they blew me off because the dentist left out of no where.

It is a clean and friendly place. Receptionists are busy but friendly and they are bi-lingual. The receptionists also tell you that if you don’t have insurance, the office gives you a break in the total and work with you in payments. The staff at the back including the doctors are phenomenaly professional, funny, and they make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place in Midland, Tx. AWESOME place!!!!

I can’t even rate this. Customer service was poor. The communication was horrible. Didn’t explain it too good and the nurse looked like she was stressed and rushed me when I kept asking questions. I was very disappointed. I tried it four times at familia dental and still the same treatment. I got a prescription which the Er never explained about the antibiotics.
