It's always been a good experience going to famillia Dental. The dentists are the best and very caring. The staff is also hard working. Up front pricing means you'll know the exact prices for all procedures before them perform them.. I recommend them to everyone.

I went in 2 months ago for my son. He got X-rays charged me 60 bucks and said he was fine I thought it was awesome. So I was surprised when I took my son in today to get a tooth pulled and then they charged me 180. I don’t know what economy/ family they live in but apparently last familia rips of family. I will never go there again as I can go to a regular dentist and get ripped off the same. Thanks for hitting my family where it hurts, my wallet.

The wait times are horrible. Every time I come for an appointment I have to wait at least 1hr after the appointment time. I've even tried to come early but they still take a while to see me. Then when I finally get into the room I have to wait about another hour until they actually start to work on my teeth. I end up having to be there for about 3 hours everytime. I would not recommend this place to anyone. After they're done with my ortho treatment I'm never coming back.

Horrible!!!!! She dropped a permanent crown down my throat and had to put another temporary crown in its place! It took 3 1/2 hours to do 2 crown preps! They are cutting my cheeks and hurt! You are better off going to a private dentist.

Worst place ever! I schedule an appointment for regular cleaning, when the dentist came he told me I need a deep cleaning, so they were going to call me back in 2 weeks for the insurance approval, but I already paid the deductible and they did nothing to me, but they still billed the insurance. It’s been a month and a half and they still don’t have the response of the insurance, I told them I want my regular cleaning, since I paid and don’t have the insurance authorization, they didn’t want to do it and suggest to paid the first half in advance. I told them to call the insurance and they didn’t have system to verify. My appointment was at 11:00 and at 11:40 they give papers to fill that I already filled in the first appointment, by the way I have to wait 2 hours and 1/2 in the lobby to get called that first appointment.

1st time, got right in. We Paid up front for all dental work. 2nd visit 2 hour wait in lobby and another hour in the room before being seen. We had another appointment so they didn't finish work/ after 4hours of being in this office. Rescheduled for the last procedure, had our appointment set for 3 weeks, upon arrival they informed me that 4 people where ahead of me. Told them I Wanted my money back, unable to do that. EVEN THOUGH I HAD PREPAID 6 MONTHS BEFORE!!!! I will never recommend this place unless you have unlimited time and have nothing else to take care of, because at this office your time doesn't matter. Still can NOT get an answer on my refund of over 150.00.
