If you like being over charged, given the run around, being left black and blue with needle cuts in your lip after just two extractions, and waiting 40min to an hour for your appointment then this place is for you. Other than that this place is freaking horrible! I wouldn't go back there if it was the last place on earth! My experience was so traumatic I had night terrors (I'm not exaggerating either my S/O can account for this) and after a 2 weeks I still have tons of pain on that side.

This place was horrible! My dad had a huge toothache, he went in, the dentist just walked and asked which tooth to take out, he told her which one hurt , she took it out in a bunch of tiny pieces, even then she took out the wrong tooth! He asked if he could take the tooth home, they said no. They wouldn't even let him see his own tooth. So plain and simple I absolutely DO NOT recommend Familia Dental.

They filled a cavity on my then 4 year old ASD child with no anesthesia. They would yell at him when he would cry out in pain. I didn't know that they hadn't used anesthesia until after the appointment. I told them that they had lost my business and were lucky that I wasn't taking them to court. They have consistently called me every few months since then to set up an appointment for my family. I have called their HR and their CS line and told them that I will not go back to them and for them to stop calling me. They have not stopped calling.

First off I never met the actual doctor she came in with glasses and a covered face there was no introduction just a quick exam and then I was told to pay before any work would be done. I should have just walked out but it was Saturday and I had lost my filling so I wanted it fixed, but I just felt like a number I mean I was treated better by dentists in boot camp and they are supposed to be callous. I mean I'm paying for someone to violate my mouth I kind of want to get to know them first, but I swear I'll never return to this place.
HIPPA VIOLATIONS! I got the names and information of patients as well as their issues while they were painfully cleaning my teeth, and I have had several cleanings in the past and I enjoyed them, This was not so here!

Dr A in in Midland Texas. He is very patient with his workers and very kind with his words. He always lets me know what he's going to do. He's very gentle and understanding when you're hurting he always make sure everything's going okay with you. I recommend dr. A to anyone whoever needs any kind of major or minor work done.

I usually show up about 15 to 30 minutes early. I happen to get held up and was 12 minutes behind. They turned me away from my appointment. Keep in mind, i have a partially completed root canal with the temporary filling gone. Roots and nerves exposed. Really......go somewhere else.
