My daughter and son had an appointment today. My son is 13 with autism and he absolutely hates the dentist, but the doctor, Dr. Lanke, and his assistant, Kristen made my son feel very comfortable and the appointment went very well! Thank you familia dental

My son had hurt his tooth while eating . He was super nervous about going to have it looked at. From the moment we walked in to the exam room the dental assistant was absolutely amazing with him. She explained each step as she was doing it to calm his nerves and keep him relaxed ( forgive me I did not get her name) I can't say enough good things about her. The dentist also was so compassionate. She gently cleaned his teeth presented him with a goodie bag to take home. I previously had an unpleasant experience here ( different staff) and had not used them since. However after my interaction this time with the current staff I left pleased with our experience and will return for follow ups for my son . Thank you to you both for changing my mind and making my son have a great experience in your facility :)

0 stars! Familia is the worse group of dentist I have ever been to. The first wouldn't accept my OB's consent form because it said family practitioner not obgyn. They finally accepted my consent form after faxing multiple letter to them they did a consultation visit and so.e x-rays. Then they did half a root canal and a temp filling until after the baby was born, leaving me miserable for a couple of months. Then I go back to finish it and after they sit me down and do more x-ray's they say the doc isn't here and we will have to reschedule. Why did I have to come in if he wasn't there? Then I go in again to finish it and they sit me down and do xrays then the doc comes in and says well we don't have time they didn't schedule you enough time for the root canal so you have to reschedule. I reschedule and go in again he says we will start the rest of the root canal and gum lengthening and we might we and might not get it finish then you come back and hopeful we can finish then after get you crown cast then later get it put on. So what was supost to be a 2 or 3 visit proseger turned into 5 visit and half a root canal. Each time filled with anxiety then to be let down with nothing done and my husband had to take off work for all those days. So it was an awesome waist of time. Also the doctors bed side manners are horrible he makes you feel stupid and has no simplify for pain. Oh one thing they are very good at is x-rays, and charging you for them multiple time over and over again. Thank you Familia for the pictures of my teeth you took some good ones. I never leave reviews but hated the 3 months I had to experience with them. Oh yeah you will be waiting at least an hr to be seated then you can wait some more...

The nurses and desk workers are nice and friendly, and the location seems clean, but when I had one wisdom tooth pulled the guy was very rough and even though I was numb, it hurt my jaw and head. I've had three other teeth extracted through my life and even tho they had to get it out, they didn't shake my whole head back and forth, nor use me as leverage to pull it out. Also they didn't prescribe me any pain killers, and as I'm writing this I'm laying here trying not to cry from the pain because ibeprofen isn't helping.

If your coming out of pocket this isn't the place to go to anymore. It was 600 dollars for a mower extraction and the tooth wasn't even impacted. Probably would've been done in 45 minutes because the whole tooth is still there I just have a big crack in it. Especially during times like this when many people like myself who lost there jobs during these times along with the insurance that was with them 600 bucks for something simple like that is plain ludicrous. They even canceled the in house discount they had smh

First time I came in here this was the best dental ever. And I gave it five stars. The time before last it was not the best. This even worse made a appointment was here on time but still waited 1.75 hours past my appointment had people McKenzie in for a appointment they made for .5 hours after my appointment and they went in front of me. so why make appointment when they do not go by appointments.
Been coming here for 3year. And very visit they have to check my insurance. Why do they not call ahead and ask for before hand ??? Because everyone knows getting with any insurance place it takes for ever for them to answer you. Why waste my time ???? 😡😡😡😡😡believe it is time for a change 😳😳😳
