Amazing staff! I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and Dr Abdullah is very accommodating!
She is familiar with TN and is very respectful.
The staff get to know you and understand your needs.

Professional and courteous is nonexistent here! Called on Friday morning to schedule an appointment after giving my insurance information, I was scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9 am. I came 10 mins early as instructed to find out that they where still closed. When I was called up I found out that they couldn’t verify my insurance, instead of calling me and solving this issue, they waited until my appointment to let me know unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to use my insurance but I could pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. I’m beyond pissed.

This place is the WORST EVER! I called 10 days ahead of time and gave them my new insurance. When I arrived for my Saturday appointment they had not verified the insurance so I could not be seen. Rescheduled for a Monday appointment and when I arrived they still had not verified my insurance! Then, they’re in my primary care insurance and insisted on collecting a $30 co-pay. They didn’t even check the dental insurance which covers everything at 100%! It is the best insurance option I could get and that is why I got it!! I should have known better than to come here when I heard the background music playing, “I don’t need no money to F*** a bad B****” 🤦🏻♀️ Never again!

I called and I was quoted 125 for a tooth pulling and was told they offer discounts when you get there to help cut cost. So I made a appointment. The next day I got to the office paid 60$ for a xray. And then was told to get my tooth pulled it would be 679.! And if I pay I pay 125 to join the family plan it might cut some of that price down. I was mad and told them what I was told on the phone. And all everyone kept saying was oh no that's the call center they aren't supposed to quote prices.. but they did and now I wasted 60. For nothing. I got my tooth pulled at another office for 300 cheaper then this dentist! I'm still out 60$ and I'm mad about it.

Doctors are great! The staff or whoever people is wearing black uniforms at the front desk need a long long training for customer service. Doctor told me one thing and the recepcionist said he wasn't told about it so he can't schedule me for that treatment, and refuse let me talk to the Dr. again.All this in a rude way

Excellent treatment from ALL! From the front desk clerks, assistant and dentist..extremely nice and explained every step..I went in on emergency/walk in treatment. Ended up with tooth extraction. Was quick and reasonable priced. Will definitely recommend.
