I really do like my dentist!
He is great. He has a strong accent but it’s okay he’s always so kind and patient. Also the dental assistants are always so friendly!

They are not honest and upfront with the pricing. My first time dental experienced in Midland Sucks on this dental clinic. They still filed a claim even though they didn’t do any cleaning on my teeth bcoz I declined to pay 260$ during the visit.

Excellent costumer service !! I have sensitive teeth and they were sure to be gentle as possible. Very kind receptionist and also the girls in back are really sweet. The doctor is very attentive and does good work. I don’t need to worry about my cleanings and work that I need in the future . They have reasonable prices and accept care credit 🙌🏼

His nurses and staff is so welcoming and nice. As for extractions if they took patients requests seriously I wouldn't have gone through the pain I did when I was awake. But as after care it was great. My hubby accidentally passed out and they tended to him nicely in the middle of my extraction. Great place for NO fear or anxiety for anything.!

Ok, so I absolutely hate root canals. I’ve had 4 in my life and I’ve had some bad experiences with getting them done. I Have to say as far as root canals go this was by far the best experience I’ve had. JB did a great job and I had absolutely no pain or discomfort. It was pretty quick and I could tell the Doc was being thorough. I had my reservations on where to have it done and I’m glad I went to JB dental. They definitely have my business from now on.

Called the office to make sure the physician used amalgam filling. Respectist stated the Dr does. This is NOT true. Drove 3 hours to not only be told that, but the Dr wanted to "fix" more than what is needed. When explaining my medical history with the Dr he was either not understanding what I was telling him or didnt care to know the history. He was very short and seemed aggravated at me asking questions. I have worked in the dentistry field and do know a LOT regarding teeth. The lay out of the office is open and you can see other patient getting their work done as well as what's being done to you. No privacy regarding your medical issues between patients.

I've been a patient of Dr Jean's for almost a year. He is a very good dentist and cares for his patients. When you walk into his office your greeted by warm smiles from his staff. The office is very modern and exceptionally clean. They use up to date procedures and equipment. I have tried many dentist in the Midland/Odessa area but the quality of service, competitive pricing, and the personalities of Dr. Jean and his staff sold me. As of today I have had cleanings, my teeth whitened and we will be starting my implants very soon. Dr Jean is a dentist who truly cares for his patients.

This is my first time ever writing a review. I just wanted to say this place is amazing. Staff is wonderful and the doctor is AMAZING! They were very patient with me due to me being extremely nervous. I had a teeth cleaning done and the doctor was quick and professional. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Extremely friendly & also professional. One of the best experiences I've had going to a dentist. Staff & doctor are amazing. Brought my 3 year old son with me & while I was being examined & getting my cleaning the front desk ladies played with him & entertained him not because I asked or because he was being wild but they wanted to make sure my experience was comfortable. The best dentist I have been to. The staff are astonishing!!! Very friendly and kind. The office is very clean and neat. Dr. Joseph is an amazing dentist. He took his time to explain what he was going to do before he did anything. My appointment was awesome! I will be returning for my next procedure. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
