My family and I started using Long Family Dental over 10 years ago, they have been more than a dentist office for us they feel like an extension of our family. I myself had a great fear of dental work, but Dr Chris and his staff helped me to overcome that fear to the point where now I look forward to going to the Dentist. I feel very fortunate to call them my Dentist and even more fortunate to say they have become great friends.

Dr. Bob and his team are by far the BEST team I’ve ever experienced. My 7 yr old was terrified of the dentist before coming to him, and even after he did her cavity fillings she adores him! They gave me quality recommendations on what to do with my TMJ and taught me the signs to tell if I’m a mouth breather at night. Best dentist ever!

I'm one of those who don't particularly like to go to the dentist. If I don't trust you and your knowledge, I won't be back. Everyone in this office is caring and friendly and they know what they're doing. I still prefer not to have to go to the dentist, but I trust them.

I won't go into why but I happen to be one of those who has a lot of anxiety that is related to going to the dentist.. I have a very strong gag reflex that doesn't help matters any lol... I know the necessity of decent dental care and finally went to Long Family Dental of Midlothian. My husband already goes there but I've been resistant. From the moment I stepped inside the door to after we stepped outside the door they were great. Each of them is friendly and gentle. They seem to be quite knowledgeable about each of their specialties. They are understanding. I saw Dr. Chris and he was excellent with explaining everything to me. No pressure at all from anyone. They've got some amazing tools that help them see what they need to see lol I'm impressed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. . :) .................. 14 June 2022 .. I am still going to Long Family Dental in Midlothian and I continue to refer them to those who ask. Everyone I've come in contact here works well with me and my anxiety.

The people, from checkin to checkout and everyone in between, are so nice, compassionate, and very knowledgeable too. If you want to be treated like part of the group instead of shoved through a managed process this is the place to go. I’m amazed at how much they remember about me, my life and family with just a few visits. That truly makes me feel important and not like just another patient. I really don’t like going to the dentist but Long Family Dental makes it a whole lot better than any I’ve experienced before. I highly recommend this practice!!

After seeing the same dentist for 20+ years, I was nervous to try a new dentist when mine retired. However, I was SUPER impressed with Long Family Dental after my sister referred me to go there. They were VERY thorough and made sure I had all my questions answered. They knew my mouth very well by the time I left, ;) and I super appreciated Stephanie's super great cleaning. Dr. Chris was very kind, super knowledgable, and even helped me know how I could prevent cavities while living overseas. The office staff was also excellent. I would highly recommend Long Family Dental and am grateful I found such a great place!

I started going to Long Family Dental almost a year ago and I have had some bad dental experiences over the years and this was by far the best place I could have chosen. I love all the dentists and their staff, very friendly and caring. They do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. They give you options for dental care, its not about the money, it is truly making sure u make the best decision for you health/dental. You won't be disappointed.
