Last time I went there I wasn't impressed with how they handled my teeth cleaning, the anesthesia was too harsh or maybe it was how they administered it because it hurt for a week, they loosened a tooth and failed to even tell me about it. Didn't find out till I went and got another opinion by another dentist.

If you want to see a real Dentist or an Orthodontist, then don't waste your time with Burkett. Its the beauty school of Dentistry. An actual Doctor does not work on you. He's farming out all the work to practitioners and has many of them (over 10) doing his work. But the license is in his name and you supposedly make an appointment with him.
The practitioners don't know much. Cannot answer questions. They are just there to take direction from the doctor and do as they are told.
Most of the staff is very professional and nice, but the doctor is very disrespectful and full of himself.
