Took over 35 minutes to get me back. No one said anything to me about why I was waiting so long until I mentioned it and still they didn’t say why, just that they would get me back shortly. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and a lady with the same appointment time (i heard her say it) came in later than me and was still called back before me and was in the chair over 20 minutes before I was called. I came for my cleaning and needed a filling. I was asked to pay my part for the filling before beginning ($60), which I thought was odd. I pay for my own private dental insurance and I guess they thought I wasn’t going to pay?! Had to get up from the chair and go pay. After the filling, I was told alrighty we are done, you can go. I had to ask if I was getting my teeth cleaned now or a different day, well clearly they forgot that part. Never had my teeth cleaned in 5 minutes, no pick was used to go around each tooth, just the paste and my teeth flossed. I get my teeth cleaned regularly and this was ridiculous. The dentist was complaining about his job and how he was leaving the company while doing my filling! Come on now, that’s beyond unprofessional and ridiculous while I’m in the chair. I hope he actually did my filling correctly. I will NOT be back.

Both of my kids go to Bella Smiles in Mt. Pleasant, Tx for all their dental work! The staff is always friendly and really helpful! The dentist are professional and really helpful with putting my kids anxiety at ease as both getting really nervous when visiting the dentist. The office and exam rooms are always clean when visiting.

Dr.Norwood was very nice...he took his time with my husband which I loved..Dr. also explained each procedure he was going to do and kept asking my husband if he was in any pain throughout the process..JUST A WARNING please plan accordingly he will take his time ..which I think is a good thing...so if your appointment is at 1pm..be there ay 12:30 to fill out paper work if your a new patient...we were seen right on time ....husband's appointment was at 1pm and we left his office at 2:40pm...just to give you an idea on time...

Horrible and judgmental assistants working at this place. Very judgmental and not understanding at all. When they first opened I have no clue what happened to that dentist because he was actually nice. Now the dentist is unshaven and slouchy, completely unprofessional. Weird banter/conversation that felt forced and ungenuine. The atmosphere is horrible and its "just a job" to everyone. That reflects back on your environment. Never going back there again. Even my daughter kept saying "I don't like it here" as we left. So disappointing. Everyone looked miserable inside.

Just wanted to take some time to brag about Brenda H. She is very comforting, informative and attentive. I wasn’t too happy when I went back but she made me feel better with her great service! I look forward to being her patient again.. hopefully not anytime soon lol.

I waited over an hour and a half without any apologies. When my daughter (5y.o.) finally saw the dentist, he spoke to his assistant and never gave me an update as to what he found. Rude customer service on the phone as well. There are so many other dentists out there. Don't bother with this place.

I dropped my daughter off for her dental appointment and when she came to the car she says how she hates the dentist Dr.Khorasani. I use to love this place but it seems to be going down hill very rude and unprofessional Dr’s. Will not be coming back !

BEWARE. This place is a scam! I paid $180 dollars to be a part of a program called fresh dental so that I could get my teeth cleaned. I went and had the exam done and they told me that I would need a “deep cleaning” (periodontal work) that would cost around $700. After that they refused to clean my teeth because I didn’t want to spend the money on perio and now they won’t refund me my $180 dollars after corporate said I could sign a perio refusal form so that we could move forward.

I had a pretty nasty extraction, but they took excellent care of me. Doctor made sure I was comfortable throughout and his assistant was great.
