Had a short wait for my appointment, but everyone was courteous and professional. Even when the power went out and patients had to leave and be rescheduled the staff was very apologetic and courteous.

Well I just had the worst experience here. I made an appointment last week an I was very specific and asked them to make sure that they handle with my dental insurance gave her all my personal info. and num which I updated everything. And she said let me check and said yes we do. I said can you double check cause I have to leave my job to go to this appointment. She said ok. Then yesterday they called me to confirm my appointment an I said sure I will be their. And when I get there the girl who attended me asked me if I still worked at old job i said i thought yal updated my info. And then she says oh we don't handle your insurance. So I had to leave and I asled to speak with manager she said no one here know.. do not go their.

Horrible customer service. Walked in as a new patient, gave my paperwork & insurance card, and sit down. Waited over an hour & was never acknowledged again. Finally left & no one ever contacted me or anything.

My son had his appointment today and was full of anxiety but when he went in the staff made him feel very comfortable and anxiety went away!! I love how attentive they are with each patient!
