New Braunfels Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I had my first visit today at NB Family and Cosmetic Dentistry and it was a great experience. The office is very clean and I was greeted at the desk by the kind staff and River, the office dog. The staff handled getting my records from my previous dentist and getting me all checked in. I did not have to wait long and was taken back to get x-rays, pictures, and a cleaning. The staff were busy; however, I noticed great teamwork and all the ladies were so awesome and welcoming to me! Dr. Albrecht did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. My teeth feel great and I am excited to have found a new dental office that I love!

This dentist and his practice deserve a hundred stars!! I first came to Dr. Albrecht for a tooth removal when I was 5 months pregnant with my daughter. His staff was so incredibly thoughtful and careful with me and just so beyond professional and caring. I bought the membership then (which is incredibly worth it even if you’re not getting work done but especially if you are), and I’ve come back to him this year for more work and just some preventative care. I cannot speak highly enough about these people!! It’s just all-around the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Every single aspect is immaculate and so incredibly comfortable. The staff are just so nice and personable and Dr. Albrecht himself is incredibly gifted and intelligent (and so wholesome!!) He also has a YouTube channel on which I hope he continues to add videos. Subscribe! He’s just a great guy, his staff are great people, oh! And his dog, River, is just the sweetest little gal ever. I could go on, but just know that Dr. Albrecht is the man, he’s taking great care of my boyfriend too and I can’t wait to bring my daughter in for his care. Marisa and Brooke at the front are just… so incredibly accommodating, as is everyone there. I hope to be able to see him for the rest of my life. Don’t bother going anywhere else!!

I have always had a great experience when receiving dental care here! Erin is very considerate and thoughtful during my procedures, always checking to make sure I'm doing okay and just really helping me feel relaxed during the exam! I'm very pleased with everything about the office, from the front desk to the assistants, the hygienists and of course the dentist, I'm really glad I chose this place when first moving to town! Would definitely recommend!!!

We love Dr Albrecht and this practice. We get our routine dental cleaning and check ups here and are always impressed and feel welcomed by the staff. They have taken great care to ensure that their patients are as comfortable as possible during their visits, with ceiling tv’s, blankets, glasses, headphones, etc.
My husband has had a tooth extracted and replaced at NB family and cosmetic dentistry, which he is very happy with.

This was my first time at NB Dental and it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. From the moment I walked in and spoke to the team at the front desk to walking out the door after my appointment, I knew I was in great hands.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They answered all the questions I had and went out of their way to work with my insurance company and prior dentist offices I have visited to get my information.

I have had some less than ideal experiences at previous dentists where they were ambiguous with recommended procedures and tended to be very pushy with up-sells that I wasn’t sure I really needed.

The opposite is true with Dr. Albrecht and his team. They were informational and kept me in the loop through every step of the process, gave their expert recommendations but we’re not pushy at all.

I live 90 minutes away but I know it’s so worth it for me to make the drive to visit this team. You have a customer for life! Thank you everyone from the team.

After doing a lot of research, I decided on New Braunfels Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and I couldn’t be happier. When I first started going to see them, about 2 years ago, I was so nervous because I had not had a cleaning in over a year. Dr. Albrecht took the time to talk and get to know me before getting into dentist mode, which made me feel like he truly cared compared to being just another patient.

During my most recent experience I was very anxious about getting multiple fillings done and they were running a little behind. (This was the first time I have ever had to wait. My appointments are always scheduled at the end of the day due to being a teacher so it is totally understandable when things take a little longer than expected. I appreciate how they always work with my schedule!) They came in to check on me and got me situated with Netflix. This is a huge bonus because it is such a great distraction from the drilling happening on your teeth. They were so good about communicating about what they were doing and asking if I was ok. I have had fillings done two separate times here and both times they have called me the following day to check in to see how I am doing. They are the sweetest!

I highly recommend going to see Dr. Albrecht and his team!

The staff and Dr Albrecht are amazing!!! Brittany was my hygienist and she gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. Glad I've finally found my dental home and I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends!!
