If you’ve yet to find a dental home look no further. New Braunfels Modern Dentistry is the place for you. We all get nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist office. However I can assure you that Dr. Krantz and his staff go above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I’ve yet to encounter such a caring, responsible, and compassionate Dr./staff as I have here. The quality of patient care is highly rated in my opinion. Thank you again for taking great care of our family’s dental needs.

Madison is the best! She is so sweet. I look forward to my visits just to meet with her and chat. My teeth always look great too. :)
I also had my wisdom surgery done by Dr. Cockrell and had a great experience. He walked through the entire procedure with me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible going in. Recovery was a breeze.
Overall, highly recommended them!

To start with, dentist offices scare me! Everyone at Modern Dentistry was so nice and put me at ease and Dr. Krantz is the best! I had broken a tooth before we left Missouri and they got me in right away for a crown. I liked them so much that I’m going back in for some more dental work before heading back to Missouri! I’ve recommended Modern Dentistry to several people! Make an appointment, you won’t be sorry!

Dr Krantz, what can I say, he’s the best. I was a new patient to NBMD a little over a year and needed some dental procedures. I was introduced to Dr Krantz and his team. Throughout my time there I was met with the most friendly, kind and caring people. All my procedures went well and I have my smile and positive self-image back. THANK YOU Dr Krantz and all the staff from the front desk to the assistants, my hygienist Brenna, everyone is just so great to work with. My whole family are patients at NBMD now.❤️

This is a good dentist but multiple times I have been treated rude and my appointments have been rescheduled a few times without talking to me first. Also make sure if you ask to reschedule that they actually reschedule you instead of just canceling your appointment and not rescheduling you.

Service has been great with short time being with them. Called for a reschedule on a cleaning next available was is August. Great for them with secured visits not great for patients when needed for schedule adjustment. Best of luck to them

BEWARE if you go to this dentist. My fiance got three teeth pulled here and it was a horrible experience. 1st they told him they'd prescribe him Valium before the visit since he has really bad anxiety and they completely forgot about it. 2nd, they tried to refuse us nitrous even though we had already paid for it. 3rd, they did a terrible job at numbing him, he felt everything. And lastly, here we are 9 months later and he blew a piece of tooth out of his nose because when they pulled the teeth a piece of it got caught in his sinus cavity. The dentist that treated him was really nice but she was young and inexperienced.

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!! The staff was very helpful and Dr. Krantz was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. His assistants Jennifer, Meredith, and Crystal are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were absolutely fantastic. Lisa the office manager was very accommodating getting me scheduled and working with my insurance to maximize my benefits. I highly recommend to anyone in the New Braunfels area!!

Took my daughter in for some deep cavities. Everyone on the team was super nice. From check-in (the online check in is easy) with the girls at the front; to the dental assistants. Dr. Krantz explained everything and was super gentle, I highly recommended him if you are looking for a dentist in the area
