Our dental assistants were extraordinary. They handled all aspects of the prep, X-ray, periodontal exam and excellent cleaning! No moving around the office or time lost in switching tasks. Excellent staff!!! The dentists were friendly and thorough in their exam. We are new to the area and pleased to find them.

I forewarned them that I have extremely bad dental anxiety, especially after a bad experience at a different dentist.
They were extremely patient and kind, explained everything they were doing. Why they were doing it, and were very thorough about any questions I may have had.
I believe the hygienist's name was Anna, and the Dentist was Dr. Lee? Everyone from the front office to the staff was super friendly and very helpful and patient.
10/10 would recommend this dentist to any and everyone.

Premier Dental is amazing! Especially if you don't have insurance because of their discount program, which is actually cheaper than insurance if you have to have anything done outside of your regular cleanings. I have had bad experiences with other dentists in town telling me I need thousands of dollars worth of work before a cleaning, and Premier has never done that. They are honest & caring and the best Dental office in town!

I was really surprised to encounter a very nice group of staff in this office. All the staff were inviting. The clients appeared happy and it was buzzing in the waiting area in a very positive manner. Plus the staff appeared happy and that makes a big difference to me and those around to experience.

My dentist at Premier is Luigi Massa. His assistant has usually been Ray. Both have given me exceptional service during a long a difficult dental process. Dr. Massa is unfailingly gentle and kind. More important he is exceptionally competent. He explains each procedure in simple detail. He is also very artistic. His bridges look entirely natural. I rarely wait in the anteroom more than 5 minutes. The staff works to be welcoming as well.

I had an urgent need (broken tooth) and, even being a new patient, they worked me into the schedule. I was called back right at my appointment time. Very efficient and the communication was excellent as every step in the process was explained and all questions were promptly answered.
