Disappointed after striking out with a couple of subpar local area dentists' offices, I was elated to hit a grand slam at Smith and Cole! What an absolutely pleasant experience!! Received the most thorough and comprehensive checkup, X-rays and cleaning that I have ever had! Happy teeth! Super friendly, mindful, efficient, attentive and talented staff and specialists who check in with you at all stages ensuring that one is not experiencing discomfort at any point. Also excellent behind the scenes coordination with insurance providers making it an overall easy and seamless experience. Well done! Count me in as a raving fan!

As a new patient, I had a wonderful experience today (5/5/21) at Smith & Cole Dentistry! Heather is a incredibly good dental hygienist, very thorough and thoughtful through her entire examination. Dr Cole is extraordinary and am looking forward to seeing him as my new dentist. I would also be remiss if I didn’t recognize Kristy (hygiene coordinator), the kind, caring personality when one first arrives. I recommend this office to anyone in search of great dentistry in New Braunfels!

Today was my first visit at Smith and Cole Dentistry. My hygienist Staci was amazing. Dr. Cole was also just as wonderful. The staff was very helpful and I felt very comfortable at this office. Staci and Dr. Cole were very knowledgeable, professional and were very caring. They make you feel right at home. Will be coming back in a few weeks for some dental work. I'm actually looking forward to my appointment! Amazing dentist office!

I am highly impressed with Dr. Cole! Worked with many dentist in the past and he was very thorough! He explained everything in which he was doing and why and tried to make me as comfortable as possible! The dental assistant was very friendly! He may genuinely be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and not just to me, he obviously treated his employees with respect and kindness! Efficient and well priced, I would highly recommend!

Growing up the son of a dentist, finding a new dentist now that he has passed has been quite the challenge. I have tried several since then and Dr. Cole is by far the one I have felt the most comfortable with and will continue to use going forward. Great staff and even better care.

After avoiding going to the dentist for various reasons for YEARS (20+) I finally "bit the bullet" and went to Smith & Cole. The staff was very pleasant from the front desk to the examination room everyone was helpful and smiling. They were very gentle and answered all my questions. Despite having not seen a dentist in so long they did not lecture me and in fact did their best to be as straightforward as possible on what I needed to have done. I initially was going to take their recommendations on what I needed done and try to go to a low cost clinic but after they were so great I will be returning to them to have all the work done.

Been coming here for over 15 years, even after I moved to Houston over 7 years ago. There’s a reason I drive 3 hours from Houston for my dental work and now invisiline...Smith and Cole Dentistry is the best!
They are kind, professional, clean and very attentive to a patient's needs. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, but I take comfort in the fact they will always take good care of me. It’s worth the expense of a 3 hour drive each way, knowing I get to see my peeps at Smith and Cole. Dr Cole and Dr Soileau are the best!
