I needed to find a new dentist in New Braunfels area and scheduled my appointment with Smith and Cole based on their online reviews and ratings. From the phone call to schedule through my appointment cleaning and exam everything was top notch. Staff was very attentive and professional. completing my paperwork online and submitting was easy so on the day of my appointment all i had to do was check-in. Hygienist very knowledgeable and highly skilled she really knew her stuff. She really took the time to explain everything, addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. Best cleaning I have ever experienced! Dr. Smith is the dentist that consulted with me and examined my teeth and he is also very knowledgeable and pleasant. One of the kindest dentist I have ever met. If you have been putting off your dental appointment and trying to find a new dentist like I had been- I would highly recommend Smith and Cole in New Braunfels.

I had a front tooth crown on an implant unexpectedly come loose returning home from vacation on a Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning. They got me in quickly that day and Dr. Cole handled my situation immediately. Awesome staff and wonderful Dr.’s. Great practice.

Wow. Wow. Wow. After going to the Smith and Cole for the first time I said I enjoyed gong to the Dentist. I caught myself and though I had never said that before - in fact I hate going to the dentist. I been through it all at with other Dentists - fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals - you name it. So, what was different. Lots. They - all 10 of the staff I have had contact so far with are very personal able, polite, concerned for my welfare and health; and focused on my needs. They are a happy family and more than welcoming me into it - treating me Like I - not he fees I am paying - am what really matters. I had 2 situations that required that I get in ASAP and they made it happen. They accommodated all my concerns about potential pain issues and I had even called my dentist's cell phone after hours and he returned my call even thought he was on vacation. Folks I don't do reviews, but I would be remiss if I did not share what a great Dentist office this is. I have been going to dentist’s offices for 70 years and this one hands down it the absolute best one I have ever been to and the others aren't even close.

Dr. Cole has always been incredible! He is compassionate and very informative when something needs to be done. Recently went in for a cleaning and Trisha was amazing, very careful and didn’t hurt my gums at all. I will always go back here. They’ve always worked with my situation
