Great visit here. Staci is my hygienist, and I will definitely recommend her to friends. She is gentle with the sonic scaler as well as having been a dental lab technician before hygiene school. I had gone about year and a half without a cleaning. Staci was up to the task and is very passionate about dentistry. Also, I can't say enough about Dr. Kristin Soileau. She's a true professional. The front desk lady was extremely rude & condescending to my wife & I. She tried over charging my wife more than she'd been quoted. When I made a comment about the outrageous prices charged the receptionist told me if I didn't like it for me to leave! Whatever happened to customer service & being polite & understanding. This office is located in a very nice office building & they've got a quite plush waiting room. All of this adds up to then overcharging you more than the market rate. Don't be surprised if after your insurance you're still left with a hefty copay to help offset the cost of doing business. I'll remember this next time & not give them one more penny of my hard earned money only to be treated like garbage! There's plenty of dentists in the city, no reason to support people who are rude and only care about making money!

Dr. Smith has been my dentist for years, even when I moved to Boerne and San Marcos. I have never been hurt in his office and whereas before Dr Smith I needed laughing gas just to feel somewhat comfortable, I now can go to Dr Smith and not be afraid. I actually change my dental insurance so I can see Dr. Smith because I trust him and after years of dental care I want a true professional. Dr Smith is a true professional and I am proud to call him my dentist.
