MINT dentistry | North Richland Hills

I got three fillings mid January from this dentist. I went back 3 times with pain and they adjusted my bite each time. The pain was so severe I could not eat on that side and anything cold shot pain into my mouth.

After three bite adjustments I decided it was time to go to a different dentist. He attempted to heal the sensitivity with a rinse but it was unsuccessful. I ended up having to have a root canal on one of the teeth I got a filling from the dentist at mint.

They refused to refund my money for the fillings and I had to pay another big chunk of money for the root canal at the new dentist.

Very disappointed with the care I got here. I would NOT recommend coming here for anything.

The staff at MINT in NRH are so friendly, kind and patient.
This is my second visit this year for my cleaning and I see myself continuing my treatment with them.
My favorite part is that you get to watch a show while you wait for you hygienist or dentist.

Everyone was very friend and courteous. My insurance provider was a challenge to verify and the office staff were patient and thorough. The dental staff was knowledgeable and informative. They were gentle with the exam and cleaning. Would recommend to friends and family.

Clean and friendly. Quick service and you even get to pick your own Netflix/Pandora to watch/listen during appt. Good experiences here.

Went in to get a cleaning. I was greeted and checked in.Within minutes I was called back. I was fortunate enough to have Jen care for me today. Not only was she very knowledgeable but personal. From X-rays to the dentist check to the actual cleaning I felt that I was the only one there even though they were busy.

I am very impressed with my visit at Mint Dentistry! It was nice to walk into such a beautiful office and be greeted by so many smiling faces. I was brought back right away. I got to relax in a massaging chair and listen to Pandora while getting my xrays, exam and cleaning. I really enjoyed the staff and Drs. Everyone was very nice and eager to please. And I am excited to start using my free whitening kit. Thank you Mint!

I was completely satisfied with my visits to this dentistry. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Dr. Robert Caglia was my dentist. Dr. Caglia was efficient and made the procedure a breeze. I was in and out. I would recommend this MINT to anyone.

Always a great experience! The doctor is so thorough and friendly. The office atmosphere is one of warmth and laughter. Highly recommend!

I went out on a limb and went to the dentist…normally terrified. Normally I’d rather pass another kidney stone, but I couldn’t be happier with the staff there. They were great! Everything was explained to me in detail (me a person who has not had any dental work done except for cleanings) exactly what was going on and what I would expect. My fiancé is transferring there next month and I am very thankful to them for helping me get rid of this pain.

Upon arriving to MINT DENTISTRY NRH I noticed that their front door area was clean including the glass doors. It is in the details, especially in a pandemic, that we need to pay close attention to. As I entered with my mask on, I was immediately warmly greeted. Which felt great to not stand there and ponder if I am invisible. I was Covid screened once again, very important. The young Lady, in a mask, politely requested the credentials of mine which were needed. I was presented with forms and walked through the entire process. I was then presented an iPad which was actually being wiped down again, in front of me, so that I could visually see that it is sanitized. Most places sanitize and put away.

This is a great detail knowing that they care enough about my Family and I by easing my thoughts and worries. The atmosphere was Chic and playing some GOOD country music which the staff and I were singing to. Lol! I finished entering my information and did not even wait 10 minutes before I was whisked away to take my xrays and place me in my room to take my vitals.

The room was SUPER clean! Smelled great! They offer Pandora and Netflix to listen to or watch on the huge flat screen. Being a Blue October Fan I requested the greatest band ever to exist. That put me in such a great mood. The dental assistant was very courteous. Explaining the coming procedures. The Dentist arrived and assessed the situation and carefully explained the procedure that was going to happen putting me at ease. Being that I am terrified of needles, I honestly barely even felt a pinch. Procedure done, the planning staff came in and itemized my plan for the future explaining who pays what and when in time recommended procedures should be made. Most places are not that courteous and force procedures down your throat, literally.

Overall visit was SUPER amazing! They even gave me a "Goodie Bag" with toothpaste, tooth brush, extra extra whitening gel, floss, and their signature sunglasses, as well as a copy of my plan.
